Bearings are manufactured in a wide variety of types and sizes especially with a single row of rollers, two rows of rollers or more, with cages or roller beside roller. Researches carried out by authors in this paper have followed a comparative analysis between a standard cylindrical roller bearings design and a prototype design using finite element method software's like ANSYS and MESYS. ANSYS is commonly used and enjoyed by an extended use in the structural areas, for analysis. ANSYS it consists of three main phases: Pre-processing, conducting or importing of the solid model system that are to be analyzed, solid meshing design in finite elements, implementation of conditions and loads at the limit, Processing, numeric solving of the characteristic equations behavior of the system and getting the solution, Post-processing, viewing the results in order to analyses system reaction and identification of areas with critical applications. The purpose of the study was to collect data's using two different software's and after to compare them with mathematical results. Using the ANSYS in this purpose it was able to analyses the design of the structure of the cylindrical roller bearing in detail.

Strawberry plantlets, regenerated from leaf disks, were used as a model system to study the effect of high concentrations of sugars and dehydration on survival during cryopreservation. After cold acclimation, plantlets imbibed for 3 days (one day each) in 0.5, 0.7 and 1.2 M sucrose and (1.0M sucrose + 0.2M raffinose) and desiccated to 25 % moisture (fwb) in alginate capsules consistently survived cryopreservation. Differential scanning calorimetry revealed only a very small exotherm between -20C and -28C during freezing; a glass transition at -50C and a small melting event at -10C during warming. Conversely, samples with the lowest survival rate, had a large nucleation exotherm at -30C and a devitrification exotherm between -70 and -40C. We conclude that imbibition with sugars, coupled with desiccation treatments, may be used to manipulate freeze tender tissues of strawberry to permit successful cryopreservation.

The full scale 3D Anthropometric Digital Model system is a technique combining digital imaging, three-dimensional (3D) image processing and reverse engineering to produce a full-scale solid Anthropometric Digital Model. This paper describes the Anthropometric Digital Model being made and used in radiation treatment. By using computed tomography and optical scanning, the data required for the Anthropometric Digital Model is collected. Through surface reconstruction, a model of the patient skull is made, after which rapid prototyping and rapid tooling is applied to acquire a 1:1 solid model. Thus, without the patient needing to be present, the medical physicist or dosimetrist will be able to design a treatment plan tailored to the patient and to simulate all kinds of situations on the simulator and the linear accelerator for positioning and verification. We expect that the application of Anthropometric Digital Model can reduce the time spent on pretreatment procedures in radiotherapy and enhance the quality of health care for cancer patients.
