The study reported here represents the ongoing development of focus group interview methods in support of health education planning for child survival programs in the CCCD project in Sub-Saharan Africa. Using illustrative examples from a field experience in Cote d'Ivoire, methods that enhance the usefulness and validity of focus group interviews for health program planning are discussed.

Paud is an organization engaged in early childhood education that must be very well managed and maximally organized because paud is a learning platform that focuses on children who have a golden age whose time span is only short and must be really serious in implementing the learning system so that it is in line with the goals and directions of early childhood education. Planning is the initial foundation of an activity can and will be carried out, in planning made a goal, which is summarized in the vision and mission of the organization, the next activity is organizing, after planning then what must be considered is how activities can be carried out properly according to objectives, activities that must be carried out is the distribution of tasks to experts in accordance with predetermined fields. Furthermore, the implementation of the plans that have been made, implementation is a process that is carried out continuously repeatedly so that there is a need for a control or supervision to ensure that the implementation of activities runs well in accordance with the provisions that have been planned.

This research aimed to investigate the implementation of moral education to develop spiritual intelligence in children aged 4-5 years at Raudlatul Athfal (kindegarten) Ulul Albab Mangli Jember. This type of research was descriptive qualitative research. The results show that the implementation of moral education to develop spiritual intelligence in children aged 4-5 years at RA Ulul Albab Mangli Jember includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Moral education planning through the preparation of annual programs, semester programs, Weekly Learning Implementation Plans (RPPM), and Daily Learning Implementation Plans (RPPH). Implementation of moral education through exemplary, learning and habituation methods. Evaluation of moral education using assessment sheets and monitoring books. RA Ulul Albab is an institution consistent in developing all aspects of early childhood development, especially spiritual development based on Islamic values ​​and the Standard Level of Child Development Achievement (STPPA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan akhlak untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di RA Ulul Albab Mangli Jember.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi pendidikan akhlak untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di RA Ulul Albab Mangli Jember meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Perencanaan pendidikan akhlak melalui penyusunan program tahunan, program semester, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Mingguan (RPPM), dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH). Pelaksanaan pendidikan akhlak melalui metode ketauladanan, pembelajaran, dan pembiasaan. Evaluasi pendidikan akhlak menggunakan lembar penilaian dan buku monitoring. RA Ulul Albab merupakan lembaga yang konsisten dalam mengembangkan segala aspek perkembangan anak usia dini khususnya perkembangan spiritual yang berdasarkan nilai-nilai keislaman dan Standart Tingkat Pencapaian Perkembangan Anak (STPPA).
