One of the most promising ways of recycling waste oil and oil refining industries, in particular oil sludge, is their processing into valuable building and road materials. Solving this issue can help reduce the negative impact on the environment, rational use of natural resources and improve the state's economy. In this regard, it is important to conduct research on the physical and chemical properties and thermal characteristics of oil sludge samples taken under the conditions of Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant LLP, which was the purpose of this work.

A large number of waste oil and sludge were generated during mining and processing. Untreated Sludge directly discharged into environment will lead to critical human health harm and serious environment pollution. As one of the petrochemical process major pollutants, treatment of oil sludge processing, at home and abroad, has been trying to study. Summary of development status and prospect research of oil sludge treatment technology, combining characteristics of the oily sludge, in domestic and foreign were made in this article.

This research aimed to investigate and analyzing the potential of palm waste based on the type and amount of waste the  quality of waste for as ruminant feed. Research conducted at PT MedcoPapua Hijau Selaras Sidey Manokwari lasts from 2 september until 3 october 2019. The results get potential of waste palm at PT MedcoPapua Hijau Selaras Sidey have relative large are empty bunches, 112,2 tons/day, fibers 28,36 tons/day, shell, 28,94 tons/days and liquid waste, oil sludge 24,80 tons/day, waste that can be utilized as a ruminant feed, there has content of BK and BO which good is every each, empty bunches (BK 91,95%. BO 81,84%) Fibers (BK 92, 16 %, BO 93,83%), Shell (  BK 91,51. BO 75,01 %), Oil Sludge  (BK 23,90%. BO 83,78%).

Incinerator is an important prevent pollution equipment on ship, usually it is used to deal with some combustible rubbish, such as waste food waste, oil dishcloth, especially dirty oil and oil sludge. Through analyze the quantity of dirty oil and oil sludge that produced on ship, and calculate the exhaust gas heat energy that can be used from incinerator, the exhaust gas heat energy has plenty of energy from incinerator, it should be utilized and it will be a new way that to improve ship energy utilization efficiency.
