This study presented a case study of Pearl River Delta(PRD) region. Using basic data of land use and transport network, the extraction of land use information and the analysis of transport network accessibility were performed to comprehensively analyze the land use and transport accessibility of PRD region. Moreover, suggestions on the optimization of regional spatial structure were also made. By this empirical process, the combination of accessibility with land use factors in regional spatial planning was investigated.

The urbanite expansion regarded one  of the important subjects which has occupied wide space in city geography field, rather expanded more than this field towards humanitarian sciences that has great relation with other sciences  due to its importance in stability of population and happy living. This research has dealt with the subject (The urbanite expansion upon the uses style of Land Use effected factors in it, Al-Dor town as case study) . It consisted of introduction, objective, the problem of the research, hypothesis and the method of research . First topic dealt with basic designs experienced by the town, it expansion regarding population and other services . Second topic dealt with effected factors upon uses style which included natural, economical and social factors. The research finally draws some conclusions and recommendations.
