Pressure monitoring is an important means to reflect the running status of the natural gas desulphurization process. By using the data mining technology, the interaction relationships between the pressure and other monitoring parameters are analyzed in this paper. A pressure trend prediction model is established to show the pressure status in the natural gas desulfurization process. Firstly, the theory of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is used to reduce the dimensions of measured data from traditional Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. Secondly the principal components are taken as input data into the pressure trend prediction model based on multiple regression theory of Support Vector Regression (SVR). Finally the accuracy and the generalization ability of the model are tested by the measured data obtained from SCADA system. Compared with other prediction models, pressure trend prediction model based on PCA and SVR gets smaller MSE and higher correlation. The pressure trend prediction model gets better generalization ability and stronger robustness, and is an effective complement to SCADA system in the natural gas desulphurization process.

Abstract The problem of e-waste processing and recovery of valuable metals from such waste for the second use is attracting more and more scientists’ attention. Liquid extraction as one of hydrometallurgy steps is a traditional method for the metal recovery. However, application of solvent extraction is not meet the green chemistry principles due to organic solvents. Aqueous two-phase systems based on water-soluble polymers are promising alternative for hazardous organic solvents. In this work the dependencies of Ce(III) and La(III) distribution coefficients from process time and the initial quaternary ammonium base concentration have been achieved. Also, based on the Ce(III) and La(III) extraction isotherms it has been shown that the metals initial concentrations are highly affects the distribution coefficients of studied metals. The possibility of aqueous two-phase system application as a solvent for quaternary ammonium salt for light REE (Ce(III) and La(III)) extraction from water solution has been shown.

Abstract Based on the latest developments of desulfurization and decarbonization technologies of acidic natural gas, the process characteristics, product purity, consumptions, occupied area, advantages and disadvantages of various desulfurization and decarbonization methods are analyzed and compared, and the adaptability of the methods on offshore platform is fully considered. According to the actual situation of a Bohai offshore gas field, the low temperature separation method is adopted and the desulfurization and decarbonization process is simulated by using HYSYS software, and then the technical scheme is put forward to meet the requirements of the gas turbines on surrounding platforms and the transportation quality index of the southwest Bohai gas supply pipeline network. This research has a certain reference value for technical programs of natural gas desulfurization and decarbonization on similar offshore projects.
