Functionalized-graphene-oxide-based gas sensors with KBIP-GO-Y showed extremely high sensitivity (∼70%) for exposure to gas molecules compared with rGO-based sensors (∼12%) in spite of relatively low gas concentrations (8 ppm NH3 gas).
