This article represents features of the elaboration of technology organizational models of high-rise building construction in technology organizational documentation on the example of the plan of construction organization. Some examples of enhancing the effectiveness of high-rise building construction based on developments of several options of the organizational and technological plan are examined. Qualitative technology organizational documentation allows to increase the competitiveness of construction companies and provides prime cost of construction and assembly works reductions. Emphasis is placed on the necessity to comply with the principle of comprehensiveness of engineering, scientific and research works, development activities and scientific and technical support.

Recently, more and more attention in scientific literature has been drawn to improving the sustainability of organization. The growth in the volume of high-rise construction in Russia makes the task of assessing and ensuring the sustainability of organizations and enterprises leading this type of construction very relevant. The article considers the approach to assessing the sustainability of the organization’s activities in the context of functioning of quality management system (QMS). It puts forward the hypothesis that assessment of sustainability of an organization that has a real and efficient functioning quality management system can be based on the results of assessing the effectiveness of the QMS. The article describes in sufficient detail the sequence of actions to form a list of criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the QMS and sustainability of the organization, and to evaluate both characteristics on the basis of these criteria. For a clear interpretation of the results obtained, the authors use so-called petal diagrams. It suggests an original approach to their creation and analysis. Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude that in order to assess the sustainability of enterprises and organizations analysis of the dynamics of changes in the basic sustainability factors is mandatory.

Abstract Formwork system is a significant constituent and a basic requirement for high-rise cast-in-place reinforced concrete buildings. Usually, the builders are confronted with the decision to choose the safe, optimum number of levels of shores/reshores for a predetermined safety factor and given grade of concrete, giving due consideration to the cost of formwork system. In this study, MATLAB program is developed to calculate the load distribution between the interconnected slabs and levels of shore/reshore of a slab formwork based on a simplified method. This program is further modified by incorporating genetic algorithm for the optimization of cost of construction for high-rise building. The cost of level of shores and reshores per floor is defined as a function of cycle time which directly reflects the increase in the cost of construction. Various combinations of shore and reshore levels with several grades of concrete for various safety factors are checked to minimize the cost of construction. The optimization equation is solved using genetic algorithm considering appropriate constraints to practically ensure feasible solutions. The case of one level of shores and numerous levels of reshores is better than one level of reshores and numerous levels of shores. The result of certain combination of shore and reshore levels is not the same when the level numbers are reversed. A comparative study is carried out to check the optimum cost for various safety factors. The program is useful for the designers to decide the levels of shores and reshores with minimized cost without compromising the safety of construction.

With the development of economy, high-rise buildings in medium and small cities quickly developed and what to bring the great challenge and higher requirements for Construction enterprise. Combined with the construction features of the high-rise buildings, in construction management work, strengthening the key of the control is one of the best way to promote quickly at the top of the construction enterprise management level. This paper respectively from the high building construction organization management measures, the construction organization design, dynamic control and the deep foundation pit supporting, the standard lines control and the strength of concrete control analysis and expounds that high-rise building construction of management of the control points.

Various challenges should be considered in the development of an effective model for the planning and control of high-rise building construction. These challenges have been identified as results of the construction process. This paper discusses the engineering planning and management control in high-rise building construction. The methodology should also be able to address the concerns and considerations regularly faced in the industry and thus providing flexible modeling, which can be used by different levels of management

Abstract High-rise buildings in big cities are crucial for business, economic, educational, residential, and entertainment activities in recent times. The technology discoveries in various fields that support high-rise building construction such as structure, mechanical, electrical, and materials have opened up opportunities for comfortable and environmentally safe architectural work. The first milestone of high-rise building construction knowledge in Indonesia was the completion of the thirteen-floors Sarinah retail building in 1967. Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, then experienced rapid growth of high-rise buildings construction. However, there is limited research on the development of high-rise building designs in Indonesia, especially from an architectural design perspective. It leads to the lack of literature on high-rise building design in Indonesia. By utilizing a publicly accessible database from the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat and recent literature called Designing Tall Building by Mark Sarkisian, this paper explores the design development of high-rise buildings in Jakarta from time to time in the aspects of architecture, structure and sustainability.

The most important aspect of any successful structural construction is the formwork system. Formwork itself defines as the temporary structure into which the concrete placed to obtain its desired shape and gains its weight to withstand against various loading conditions. This paper focuses on the two parts 1. Identified different formwork systems using in Indian construction industry for high-rise building construction and 2. Explanations of the decision support system for formwork system so that a decision-maker decides or makes the right choice for the selection of formwork system. This study employed a literature review approach (journal paper, research paper, technical articles & notes, and white paper). The methodology divided into two parts; firstly, the identification of the formwork systems used in the construction industry and secondly, to study a brief about decision support system and for formwork system by which the ease to make a decision support frame for the formwork system selection. This paper reflects the different formwork system typology used in the construction industry for high-rise buildings. The outcome of this paper helps to establish the baseline to develop decision support for the formwork system selection.
