The practice of Corporate Social Responsibility in Indonesia related to natural disaster has not been touched by the company, even though Indonesia is a country with big catastrophic category. This research tries to know the CSR commitment of Company in handling natural disaster. The research uses theory of CSR Implementation Model Pinkston and Carroll (1996) with research resource are head of companies of PT. Bank BNI, PT. Telkom, Regional Division of Central Java / DIY, PT. Pertamina, MOR Semarang and Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. CSR implemented by BUMN is more on effort to perform social generosity in the form of providing basic needs for people affected by disaster, while Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital implements activities in the form of mass free medical for residents affected by tidal flood and annual flood around the hospital. Motives of BUMN such as PT. Pertamina, PT. Bank BNI and PT. Telkom, implement CSR activities are to obey the government's recommendation and obey legal aspects. CSR activities have not yet reached the conditions to empower affected communities to be self-sufficient in facing disaster situations.

The purpose of this research is to analize the effect of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on customer loyalty to the corporate image and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a survey research which used a quantitative approach. The data were obtained from 100 respondents from all customers Sariah Banking in Central Java and Yogyakarta by using purposive sampling technique. The research model testing technique used the path analysis approach using multiple regression. The results of this research suggests that CSR is positive and significant impact on the corporate image, CSR positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, corporate image positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, CSR has positive effect but not significant on customer loyalty.

<p><em>Corporate social responsibility has become a global issue in the community and the company. CSR programs implemented by PT Pertamina (Persero) Region IV Regional Central Java and Yogyakarta in the areas of Education, Health, Environmental Conservation, Community Empowerment has been right on target. Corporate Social Responsibility program targeted, among others, so that more people know and use products - products Pertamina, as well as for good imaging Pertamina eyes of society. The communication strategy to the public (external strategies) used in the dissemination using print media such as newspapers and magazines nationally and locally. Electronic media using television and radio in Central Java and Yogyakarta as well as nationally. Communication strategies used in the dissemination to all employees of Pertamina, the media used in the form of intranet Pertamina, Energia magazine and TV Display. Theoretical basis used in this study is adopted from (Kottler, 2005) which states social initiatives of companies that can be taken for the implementation of CSR there are six forms of Cause Promotion, Cause Related Marketing, Corporate Social Marketing, Corporate Philanthropy, Community Volunteering and Socially Responsible Business Practices. The question in this research is how the Communication Strategy Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to PT Pertamina (Persero) Region IV Regional Central Java and Yogyakarta.</em><em></em></p>

<em>Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the promotion techniques done by a Public Relations in higher education institutions to face the tougher competition among the higher education institution in gaining new students. Most higher education institutions in Salatiga try to do some CSR programs to achieve their goal. This study tries to investigate what suitable model of CSR done by higher education institutions in Salatiga-Central Java which is also implemented and the influence of this program to students’ intake in one academic year. Lastly, it tries to propose a CSR modeling for increasing students’ intake at higher education Institution in Salatiga-Central Java. This study employs interview and literature study for data collection. The data are then analyzed qualitatively to answer the posed research questions. This study involved 7 Higher education institutions in Salatiga-Central Java and also 19 High schools which are spread in 7 cities in Central Java. The result of the study shows that the Public Relations unit in each higher education institutions has carried out their CSR program to some of the Schools in Central Java, but lack of coordination done by both parties. However they emphasize their CSR program focusing on community service, high school student activities, scholarships and training. In order to effectively achieve the goal, an intake cycled relations model is proposed.</em>

This conceptual paper provides a non-revisionist but contextual perspective on the largely controversial issue of corporate social responsibility. It expounds the dimensions of CSR by leveraging on specific global benchmarks whilst highlighting gaps applicable to Nigeria’s business environment. In furtherance of this objective, the essence of the global oil economy is noted, conceptualizations are proffered and contextual issues are discussed. The paper argues that a flexible and innovative model is plausible as a platform to elevate the essence of CSR on multiple levels. It emphasizes the importance of harmonizing the political, business, environmental and legal aspects of CSR to promote corporate sustainability, broad based economic development and community wellbeing.

Research on the construction of the financial financing model for batik MSMEs in Central Java which is oriented towards the value of the cost and benefit of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) aims to see the extent to which the implementation of the cost and benefit value of CSR on batik MSMEs in Central Java, especially on three research objects. Among others: Laweyan batik, Lasem batik and Pekalongan batik. This is based on, maybe if we look at industry or large-scale companies, of course the cost and benefits they usually appear in every financial report at the end of each year. Meanwhile, for MSMEs to determine the implementation of the cost and benefit value, it has a tremendous impact on the survival of MSMEs. This research was conducted to determine that this research was conducted on a financial financing model for batik MSMEs which is oriented to the value of the cost and benefit of CSR. Data were collected using purposive sampling according to the criteria for determining the sample in 3 research objects. Whether it's in the batik area of ​​Laweyan, Lasem, and Pekalongan MSMEs. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis to test the hypothesis with a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that efforts to increase the construction of financial funding at the UMKM Kampung Batik Laweyan Solo, Kampoeng Batik LasemRembang and Kampoeng Batik KaumanPekalongan by implementing cost and benefits CSR are carried out by implementing social activities such as processing waste products , reducing harmful chemicals in the process. batik production, participate in environmental protection activities

This paper aims to examine the importance of Islamic organizational culture and Islamic corporate social responsibility in improving corporate performance. The population of this study is all sharia banks in Central Java – Indonesia. By using census sampling method, 327 sharia banks are determined as samples of the study. Partial least squares (PLS) approach is applied to analyze the data. The results reveal that Islamic organizational culture has a significant role in improving Islamic corporate social responsibility, which in turn, increasing corporate performance.
