The most common control system for a synchronous motor with permanent magnets is a vector control system. The construction of such a system has a number of difficulties, one of them is the need to have information about the current position of the rotor. Data on the position of the rotor can be obtained using sensors, or include a supervisor in the control system. The article describes an adaptive observer of the position and speed of the rotor of a synchronous motor with permanent magnets. This observer is used in the system of sensorless vector control of the electric drive. The presented version of the observer of the engine state is realized by creating a model in the Matlab Simulink software package. The results of experimental verification of the presented observer at the stand with the use of an engine with a power of 200 W are shown. The aim of the work is to develop an observer that is stable to changing drive parameters. This is achieved by using a relay unit in the view of the observer, which implements the slip mode.

In order to achieve closed-loop control,it is generally required to know the position and speed of the motor rotor through installed photoelectric encoder, rotary transformer and some other mechanical sensors on the rotor shaft . But these sensors increase the system cost and the interface circuits between the motor and the control system, and reduce the control accuracy and reliability of the system.This article designs a sensorless vector control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor, and introduces the hardware structure and the working principle of the system, and designs control circuit and vector control software based on IRMCF341 chip. The result of test shows that the system has a steady state performance and a high control precision. The motor runs well without the position sensor and at the same time achieves a much higher level of control performance.

As the incomparable advantages, permanent magnetic synchronous motor (PMSM) has been used widely in servo system, numerical control machine. The paper introduces an EKF (extended Kalman filter)-based sensorless vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The rotorfield-oriented control strategy based on id=0 is selected. After expounding the principle of EKF and recursion algorithm, it derives the Kalman state equation in PMSM rest coordinate, makes a discretization processing, and constructs vector control system based on EKF estimator. The simulation model of vector control system of PMSM with MATLAB/Simulink is built and on this basis, it observes the position and speed of the motor rotor by the use of the EKF estimator. Simulation results demonstrate the EKF estimator can accurate estimates of the PMSM rotor position and speed.

This paper will introduce the sensorless vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor,it adopts the PLL structure to correct motor back electromotive force for the motor rotor speed/position estimation and vector control algorithm to realize speed and current loop control of PMSM.This paper established a mathematical model of the PMSM,design of system software and hardware,the principle of speed/position estimation method and simulation of system in Matlab/Simulink.Finally,it introduces the experiment of whole system in TMS320F2808-based PMSM experiment platform,the simulation and experimental result verify feasibility,fast response and practicability of the system.

In order to test the Correctness of output characteristics in different parts in the designing process of AC servo system and provide it with necessary design parameters, the speed of PMSM control system and a electric double closed loop simulation model of the vector control PMSM are established on basis of AC by using Simulink toolbox in Matlab. Moreover, MATLAB simulation is also conducted and on this basis come up with the design project using infineon XC878 chip to realize the PMSM vector control system. The system testing results show that it has the characteristics of quick start and response and high precision.A feasibility proposal is provided by the system to the research and development of PMSM vector control system based on MCU.
