This article analyzes the characteristics of industrial product design in the 5G era, and describes the application of 5G technology in industrial product design. It is mainly reflected in changing product interaction methods, industrial Internet development, and application scenario changes. Finally, in the context of the 5G era the development trend of industrial product design is expected, and product design will achieve greater development in the direction of intelligence, IoT, and cloudification.

The Development Trend

The networked collaborative design has been the development trend of modern product design, the application of which has been constrained by the data access conflicts. This paper introduced the networked collaborative design method of product based on the Vault, and network collaborative function of Inventor by using the project management. Under the assistance of the Vault, we had solved the key technology of access conflict of networked collaborative design, and realized the remote design between the members of efficient coordination. In this way, we had optimized the design ideas, shortened the product development cycles and improved productivity.

Based on the concept of bionics design, this paper aims to research the basic theory of bionic design methods, design procedures and the development trend of mini hair dryer, intending to build the bionic design methods in production, pointing out the method of process in order to achieve the bionic goals, appreciating the biological characteristics, record, simplification, painting and biological characteristics of the product design. The technology of Internet of things would realize information transfer and sharing of global cargos and represent the development trend of future network, which at the same time will become the important foundation of economic development, social progress and scientific and technological innovation. Combined with the characteristics of the logistics industry of dangerous chemical cargoes this paper analyzes the key requirements of the transportation process and on this basis, it also tries to apply the technology of Internet of things on monitoring the process of logistics of dangerous chemical cargoes. In this reason, the paper designs the corresponding framework and its safety monitoring management information platform on its transportation process in order to give some hinder for safety and work efficiency of the logistics of dangerous chemical cargoes.
