This paper studied the change characteristics of four types of agricultural meteorological disasters such as flood, drought, hail and freeze and their impact on the total grain yield of Shaanxi Province. Based on the agricultural statistical data of Shaanxi Province from 1981 to 2018, the disaster-affected rate, disaster-suffered rate and disaster intensity index, as well as the grey correlation analysis method were used to analyze the agricultural meteorological disasters and their impact on grain yield in Shaanxi Province from 1981 to 2018. The results show that drought has the largest disaster-affected area and disaster-suffered area in Shaanxi Province, but the disaster-affected rate and disaster-suffered rate increases first and then decreases. The difference of disaster intensity among flood, drought and hail is relatively small, among which the drought disaster has the strongest disaster intensity and the freeze has a relatively weak disaster intensity. The grey correlation analysis show that the affected area of hail disasters has the greatest impact on the total grain yield of Shaanxi Province, followed by drought and flood, and the affected area of freeze disaster has a relatively small impact on the total grain yield.

Combining ideal solving method and Euclidean distance, the article constructs a new course evaluation model based on grey correlation analysis method. First, idealizes and standardizes the quantitatively treated evaluation indicators, constructs positive and negative incidence matrix. Then, defines grey correlation distance degree, puts forward an evaluation way close to the optimal solution and far from the worst one. At last, introduces the actual use of model by combining a course evaluation, and tests its accuracy and feasibility.

The grain fluctuation situation of Hubei was analyzed by calculating the grain fluctuation coefficient from 1990s. And the quantitative correlation between grain production and the water disaster was studied by grey correlation analysis. The results were shown as follows. The main water disaster factors impacting grain production were effective irrigated area and planting structure, the relationship degree of which with grain yield is respectively 0.91 and 0.85 ranking the first two among all the selected factors. It was shown that water disaster influenced the grain yield heavily

Chunguang oilfield is a lithologic trap reservoir with edge water drive, whose horizontal well development effect is influenced by static factors and dynamic factors. In the process of production, the influences of static factors including reservoir physical properties and dynamic factors including working system, liquid production velocity on horizontal well development effects are different, and it is difficult to find main factor influencing horizontal well development effect with conventional single-factor analysis method. Combined with static and dynamic data of Chunguang oilfield, using multi-factor grey correlation analysis method, quantitative relationships between horizontal well development effect and different factors are systematically analyzed. Main factors influencing horizontal well development effect and dynamic influence laws between different factors and horizontal well development effect are clarified. Problems existed in the development process are known and it can provide the direction for future development and adjustment of Chunguang oilfield.
