In order to achieve a rapid evaluation of the physiological and psychological state of miners and to solve the problem of how to prevent human-caused accidents underground. Based on the existing literature and expert interviews, a rapid evaluation index system consisting of 2 aspects of physiological state and psychological state, 11 indicators such as body temperature, blood pressure and heart rate is established, and the index weights are determined by using AHP hierarchical analysis. Based on the weights, the physiological and psychological status of coal miners is classified into four levels: excellent, good, medium, and poor. Evaluation criteria also is established. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of coal miners’ physiological and psychological states is constructed, and the subordination suitable for the evaluation of coal miners’ physiological and psychological states is given. Degree function. Using MATLAB2016a to randomly simulate 1000 sets of index data and perform evaluation and analysis, the results found that the proportions of evaluation as excellent and good are 36% and 35%, respectively; the proportions of neutral and poor are 16% and 13%, respectively. The evaluation of the physiological and psychological states of five coal miners in a coal mine in Shaanxi Province, with all results above “good”, is verified to be consistent with reality. Through simulation analysis and example verification, it is shown that the model is reasonable and applicable to the group of coal miners, and is expected to provide theoretical support for the development of subsequent rapid assessment software systems.

With the development of the social economy, more and more talents are required in economic construction and innovation. The study aims to cultivate new entrepreneurial talents and promote the overall development of new ventures. First, the entrepreneurial ability of new entrepreneurial talents is analyzed, and the feasibility of improving the entrepreneurial ability of new entrepreneurial talents is verified. Second, the architecture is designed for improving the entrepreneurial ability of new entrepreneurial talents. About 350 employees in 20 ventures in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province are randomly selected as the subjects for a questionnaire survey (QS). Three-fifty questionnaires are distributed and 300 are collected. Descriptive statistics are used to analyze the 300 valid questionnaires. Then, the relationship between the psychological states of new entrepreneurial talents and their entrepreneurial ability is explored, and the influencing factors in the development of new entrepreneurial talents are analyzed. The results show that the number of employees in most ventures is between 250 and 400 and the age of the employees in the tested new ventures is between 35 and 40. More than one-third of employees are managers and over 86% of them have a degree of bachelor or above. The scores of the scale of the psychological state of new entrepreneurs are high. This shows that most of the new entrepreneurs have a high educational level, strong motivation for entrepreneurial success, and great self-confidence, which are essential in the process of innovative training. Therefore, the talent training of new entrepreneurial talents should be based on a high educational level and focused on practice.

Dennett’s account of consciousness starts from third-person considerations. I argue this is wise, since beginning with first-person access precludes accommodating the third-person access we have to others’ mental states. But Dennett’s first-person operationalism, which seeks to save the first person in third-person, operationalist terms, denies the occurrence of folk-psychological states that one doesn’t believe oneself to be in, and so the occurrence of folk-psychological states that aren’t conscious. This conflicts with Dennett’s intentional-stance approach to the mental, on which we discern others’ mental states independently of those states’ being conscious. We can avoid this conflict with a higher-order theory of consciousness, which saves the spirit of Dennett’s approach, but enables us to distinguish conscious folk-psychological states from nonconscious ones. The intentional stance by itself can’t do this, since it can’t discern a higher-order awareness of a psychological state. But we can supplement the intentional stance with the higher-order theoretical apparatus.

With the development of modern logistics system, the automatic logistics distribution centers have been built in most tobacco enterprises. The packaging system plays important role in the distribution center, it is necessary to construct a set of scientific method to evaluate the packaging system mode. According to the real situation of tobacco logistics distribution center, the cost and benefit are set to the general goal. For these three modes of packaging system, packaging by hand, automatic packaging and packaging by heat-shrinkable material, the evaluation index system and hierarchical structure are built. Refer to the hierarchical chart and the principle of AHP, the weight of each index is calculated. On the basis of weight that worked out by AHP, the final evaluation result can be found and analyzed follow the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, reference the consequences of the FCE, the DEA model based on FCE is used to enhance the integrality and systematic of the evaluate result.

Background. Being diagnosed with cancer is a dramatically stressful condition for a human. Radiation therapy (RT), which is an essential of combination antineoplastic treatment, can cause physical and emotional state changes. Realizing these changes is an additional stress factor that results in impaired life quality of a cancer patient as well refusal to undergo further treatment. At present, there is no distinct system of providing psychological aid for cancer patients in Ukraine. Purpose. To carry out analysis and generalization of research literature data in terms of providing psychological aid for cancer patients at RT stage and to present own findings of psychological study enrolling 55 female patients diagnosed with endometrial cancer at RT stage at SO «Grigoriev Institute for Medical Radiology and Oncology» within the period from 2015 to 2018. Materials and methods. The literature review involved available contributions obtained via literature search in domestic (Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine) and foreign databases (Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection, PubMed, BMC, ScienceDirect, Wiley Online Library, RNB). Fifty-five patients with endometrial cancer of stage I–II (T1b-c N0 M0 – T2a -b N0 M0) underwent clinical and laboratory examination. The diagnosis of adenocarcinoma was confirmed by means of a histologic study. All patients underwent panhysterectomy and postsurgery course of distant gamma-therapy on “РОКУС-АМ” device by split fractionation. Fifteen patients were provided with psychological correction at RT stage. In order to assess life quality, SF-36 (Health Status Survey) was used. An assessment of the severity of psychosomatic disorders in patients with endometrial cancer was made by means of EORTC QLQ-C30 survey. Results. The paper analyzes psychological aid provided to oncology patients at radiation therapy stage in Ukraine and overseas. It presents the peculiarities of patients’ psychological responses during irradiation and possible consequences of higher mental function impairment. The targets of psychological correction and factors influencing life quality of a patient have been considered as well as the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic interventions outcomes of different approaches has been provided. The study states that, currently, medical and psychological follow-up of cancer patients does not consist only in reassuring talk and drug correcting of their psychological state aimed to reduce distress, anxiety and depression level, but also in psychocorrection, psychoeducation, the access to psychotherapeutic groups, individual psychotherapy. The efficiency of applying own developed schemes of medical and psychological correction of emotional state of women with EC is presented, the use of which has made it possible to reduce the manifestations of sleep disorders, cognitive function and fatigue. Conclusions. Following a differentiated strategy when choosing methods of psychological aid for oncology patients and their families at radiation therapy stage via psychocorrection of emotional, cognitive and behavioral spheres, psychoeducation or psychotherapeutic interventions will make it possible to significantly improve their psychological status and quality of life.

The meaning of employee engagement is ambiguous among both academic researchers and among practitioners who use it in conversations with clients. We show that the term is used at different times to refer to psychological states, traits, and behaviors as well as their antecedents and outcomes. Drawing on diverse relevant literatures, we offer a series of propositions about (a) psychological state engagement; (b) behavioral engagement; and (c) trait engagement. In addition, we offer propositions regarding the effects of job attributes and leadership as main effects on state and behavioral engagement and as moderators of the relationships among the 3 facets of engagement. We conclude with thoughts about the measurement of the 3 facets of engagement and potential antecedents, especially measurement via employee surveys.

The level of an enterprises process management related to its existence and development tightly, in order to evaluate it accurately, the evaluation index system was presented, which was formed by 10 first level indexes and 39 second level indexes, in which the latter is the meticulous and materialization of the former. The methods of evaluation by total marks, weighting comprehensive evaluation on multi-index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were applied to the process management. Compared with the other two ways, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is more accurate and comprehensive since it settle the quantification of the nature indexes during the analysis process, and it also solve the multi-factors evaluation who have different unit.
