Gust is the most serious natural disaster that threatens the safety of port portal crane. The wind resistance of some port cranes is not optimistic, and wind disaster accidents occur frequently. Based on the analysis of some classic cases of wind disasters at home and abroad, this paper finds out the weak links of the wind proof ability of port portal crane, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve and enhance the wind proof ability of port portal crane.

ABSTRACTObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to evaluate role conflict between professional and familial responsibilities among obstetric health care providers during a natural disaster between those required to stay in the hospital versus those who were at home during a catastrophic weather event.MethodsA survey was used of obstetric attending and resident physicians in the Baylor College of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology following Hurricane Harvey on August 26, 2017.ResultsNinety one of 103 physicians (88%) completed the survey. Survey responses were compared between physicians who worked in the hospital (n = 47) versus those who were at home (n = 44) during the storm and its immediate aftermath. Physicians in the hospital and at home agreed (47% and 48%, respectively, P = 0.94) that professional duties conflicted with family obligations and felt torn (49% and 55%, respectively, P = 0.48) regarding family obligations. A majority of homebound health care providers disagreed with the statement that professional duties override family responsibilities, whereas less than half of in-hospital providers felt the same (68% at-home versus 47% of the hospital-team, P = 0.10).ConclusionAs organizations prepare for possible catastrophic situations, institutions must realize that obstetric health care providers will experience role conflict between professional and family responsibilities. Covid-19 pandemic is determined as non-natural disaster, because its rapid transmission and endanger humans, especially pregnant women, childbirth, post-partum, newborns. The increase ofincidence number that befall the community from day to day, there are still families and postpartum mothers who do not understand in postnatal maternal and infant health care and prevention of covid transmission 19. to increase family participation and knowledge of postpartum mothers about maternal and infant health care in the prevention of Covid-19 transmission and its application during the first week of her baby's birth at home. This coaching was implementating from April to June 2020 on 20 post partum mothers  while being treated at the midwife clinic and during homecare services in the first week, by providing education, fill post-test questionnaire, observing the implementation of maternal and infants careand Covid 19 prevention at home. Family participation increased by 16 people (80%), Post-Test Knowledge was good for 17 people (85%), Good Mother and Baby Care Techniques for 13 people (65%). It is hoped that postpartum motherswill continue to carry out maternal and infant care and prevention of Covid 19 during the pandemic period as suggested by the midwife.

After materials with superconducting temperatures higher than liquid nitrogen have been prepared, more emphasis has been on increasing the current densities (Jc) of high Tc superconductors than finding new materials with higher transition temperatures. Different processing techniques i.e thin films, shock wave processing, neutron radiation etc. have been applied in order to increase Jc. Microstructural studies of compounds thus prepared have shown either a decrease in gram boundaries that act as weak-links or increase in defect structure that act as flux-pinning centers. We have studied shock wave synthesized Tl-Ba-Cu-O and shock wave processed Y-123 superconductors with somewhat different properties compared to those prepared by solid-state reaction. Here we report the defect structures observed in the shock-processed Y-124 superconductors.

This study attempted to maximize environmental language learning for four hearing-impaired children. The children's mothers were systematically trained to present specific language symbols to their children at home. An increase in meaningful use of these words was observed during therapy sessions. In addition, as the mothers began to generalize the language exposure strategies, an increase was observed in the children's use of words not specifically identified by the clinician as targets.

Purpose This article describes the iterative development of a home review program designed to augment vocabulary instruction for young children (ages 4 and 5 years) occurring at school through the use of a home review component. Method A pilot study followed by two experiments used adapted alternating treatment designs to compare the learning of academic words taught at school to words taught at school and reviewed at home. At school, children in small groups were taught academic words embedded in prerecorded storybooks for 6 weeks. Children were given materials such as stickers with review prompts (e.g., “Tell me what brave means”) to take home for half the words. Across iterations of the home intervention, the home review component was enhanced by promoting parent engagement and buy-in through in-person training, video modeling, and daily text message reminders. Visual analyses of single-subject graphs, multilevel modeling, and social validity measures were used to evaluate the additive effects and feasibility of the home review component. Results Social validity results informed each iteration of the home program. The effects of the home program across sites were mixed, with only one site showing consistently strong effects. Superior learning was evident in the school + home review condition for families that reviewed words frequently at home. Although the home review program was effective in improving the vocabulary skills of many children, some families had considerable difficulty practicing vocabulary words. Conclusion These studies highlight the importance of using social validity measures to inform iterative development of home interventions that promote feasible strategies for enhancing the home language environment. Further research is needed to identify strategies that stimulate facilitators and overcome barriers to implementation, especially in high-stress homes, to enrich the home language environments of more families.
