The covid-19 pandemic (corona virus disease 2019) causes a decrease in the body's immune system. One of the things that can increase a toddler's immune system is eating a balanced nutritious diet. The purpose of the training on the application of balanced nutrition is to increase knowledge and skills about balanced nutrition. Balanced nutrition is necessary to promote a good immune system. The implementation method is in the form of training with lecture methods, discussions, and the practice of applying balanced nutrition to the management of the Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Rawalo Branch Manager. The result is an increase in knowledge by 60% and an increase in skills in the application of balanced nutrition by 85%.

The success of national development, especially national development in the health sector, can be seen from the increasing life expectancy of the Indonesian people. Eleven percent of the world's 6.9 billion population are elderly. Indonesia experienced an increase in the number of elderly people from 18 million (7.56%) in 2010, to 25.9 million (9.7%) in 2019, and is expected to continue to increase where in 2035 to 48.2 million people (15.77%). The elderly are identical with various decreases in health status, especially physical health status. In general, it is quite difficult to recognize health problems early on, especially diseases that usually arise in old age. Health problems can be prevented with a healthy lifestyle, so it is necessary to increase knowledge about diseases that commonly occur in old age. The method used in this community service activity is through a lecture to the Elderly Aisyiyah group in Pekalongan City. The results of this activity increased knowledge of the elderly by 36.3% for the causes of rheumatic disease, 27.3% for rheumatic symptoms and 30.3% in the diet of rheumatic diseases; 27.3% for the causes and diet of gout, and 36.3% for the symptoms of gout; 33.3% for causes of hypertension, 36.3% for symptoms and 27.3% for hypertension disease diet; as much as 27% about the cause of Diabetes Mellitus (DM), 27.3% symptoms and 30.3% for diets with diabetes mellitus.

This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about Ante Natal Care (ANC) in the new normal era in Gayaman Village, Mojoanyar District. The method used is a lecture and the measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The material given to pregnant women is about Ante Natal Care (ANC). This activity was attended by 31 pregnant women in Gayaman Village, Mojoanyar District in March 2021–July 2021. The results obtained were 100% of the participants had good knowledge about knowledge of pregnant women about ANC during this pandemic. Pregnant women and health workers should strictly maintain health protocols during ANC checks during this pandemic to avoid the dangers of covid 19.

MP – ASI is a trantition process from mik to semi – solid food. MP – ASI should be introduced and given gradually in both form and amount, according to the child’s digestive ability. Breast feeding only meets the nutritional needs of infants as much as 60% of the needs of infants aged 6 -12 months. The rest must be met with other complementary foods that are sufficient in numbe and nutritious. Provide training to cadres of Ranting Aisyiyah Tanjung Purwokerto Selatan on MP – ASI. Follow up activities were carried out in the fourth month of activity with the resuluts of morning tha the cadre mothers understood the various kinds of making MP – ASI made from Moringa leaves. The importance of this community service is increasing knowledge of mothers about MP – ASI in general and the use of MP – ASI made from local Moringa leaves.

Monitoring of growth and development is an activity to detect early growth irregularities (malnutrition or poor nutritional status, short children), developmental deviations (late speaking), and mental emotional disorders (impaired concentration and hyperactivity). The rapid growth and development in the first 1,000 days of life makes monitoring of child development very important at this age. The first 1,000 days of life are counted from the time of conception in the mother's womb until the child is 2 years old. In children aged 2 years, the height has reached half of the adult's height and the brain development has reached 80% of the adult brain. Since March 2020, Indonesia has been hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. This resulted in the temporary suspension of posyandu activities in various regions in Indonesia. Fears of a pandemic condition make parents afraid to bring toddlers to clinics and puskesmas. One of the easiest steps for mothers and caregivers to take to stimulate the growth and development of toddlers at home is baby massage. Solutions and targets The outputs offered in this activity are growth and development stimulation education, infant massage demonstrations, and assistance to mothers of toddlers for infant massage for 2x a month. The output targets are publication of articles in the journal Community Service, print media publications, and increasing community empowerment and strengthening knowledge and developing community habits in healthy behavior

Adolescents are people aged 12 to 24 years. Adolescence is a transition from childhood to adulthood. This means that the process of introduction and knowledge of reproductive health has actually started at this time. In simple terms, reproduction comes from the word "re" which means to return and "production" which means to make or produce. Reproductive health, as part of general health, is thus also a human right of every person, both men and women. Women's human rights are regulated in Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights Article 3 paragraph (3) which states that everyone has the right to the protection of human rights and human freedoms without discrimination. Reproductive health according to Law Number 36 Year 2009 is a complete physical, mental and social condition, not merely free from disease or disability related to the reproductive system, function and process in men and women. The purpose of this community service is to provide reproductive health education about healthy reproduction, healthy adolescents, especially about anemia in adolescents, reproductive health and free sex in adolescents. Methods of reproductive health counseling carried out are (1) Socialization and licensing, (2) Conducting reproductive health counseling, (3) Evaluation of the results of reproductive health counseling activities by means of pre and post tests. The results of the reproductive health counseling activity showed high enthusiasm, indicated by the very good response of participants in receiving material on healthy reproduction, healthy adolescents and the willingness of participants to ask questions. The enthusiasm of the participants is expected to increase the understanding of girls and boys about the importance of healthy reproduction, healthy adolescents.

Pregnancy makes women experience a lot of changes. Changes in the body and mind can cause discomfort in pregnant women. In addition to the physical discomfort felt, psychological discomfort is also common. Problems with common prevalence include anxiety and depression in pregnancy. One intervention that can reduce anxiety can be physical exercise such as yoga. The benefits obtained from yoga include providing a sense of comfort, decreasing stress, reducing labor pain, self-efficacy in childbirth, increasing quality of life, interpersonal relationships, autonomic nervous system function, and shortening the duration of labor. The purpose of this service is to introduce to the public the benefits of pregnancy yoga in reducing maternal anxiety in dealing with labor and accelerating the first stage of labor in women giving birth in Pekanbaru city. This community service was carried out for 3 months. This service program has several activities, namely: carrying out pregnancy checks for pregnant women, carrying out yoga exercise activities in pregnancy and assessing the results of yoga exercise activities in pregnancy. This service is carried out in the work area of ​​the Payung Sekaki Health Center with a total of 30 pregnant women who are trained in yoga exercises. Participants in this training are pregnant women whose pregnancy is in the third trimester. The output of this community service is the formation of a yoga gymnastics community in the Working area of ​​the Payung Sekaki Health Center. From the results of the implementation of yoga exercise in pregnancy, it was found that yoga exercise in pregnancy can reduce the level of maternal anxiety during childbirth. And by doing yoga exercises, the mother's 1st period of time during childbirth is 6 hours.

Adolescence is a period of storm and stress, because adolescents experience many challenges both from themselves (biopsychosocial factors) and the environment (environmental factors). If adolescents do not have the ability to face these challenges, they can end up with complex health problems as a result of their risky behavior. The establishment of the Youth Posyandu is expected to be a forum to facilitate adolescents in understanding adolescent health problems, find alternative solutions to problems, form youth support groups, expand the reach of the PKPR Health Center, especially for regional youth who have limited access. The purpose of this community service is to provide health education about Adolescent Reproductive Health through the “Pashmina” Youth Posyandu in the New Normal Covid 19 Era. The health education methods carried out are (1) Socialization and Licensing, (2) Affirmation and Pre Test (3) Conducting Health education on Adolescent Reproductive Health. (4) Evaluation of the results of health education activities with Post Test. The results of the activity are expected to increase and understand Adolescent Reproductive Health as indicated by an increase in adolescent reproductive health from the results of the Pre Test (before Health Education) and Post Test Results (after health education).

Healthy and intelligent children certainly cannot be separated from the role of parents in providing good and sufficient and healthy nutritional intake, whether this is done during the mother's pregnancy or when the child is in a golden age in the growth phase of development that supports intelligence. the child's own brain. The low level of hygiene, the high incidence of diarrhea and the availability of latrines in the village of Kendawa became our background for providing health promotion materials for mothers and toddlers in order to reduce infant mortality in Kendawa Village, Jatibarang District, Brebes Regency. The method in the implementation of the mother is carried out by the lecture method, and discussions using leaflets while the output obtained is increased awareness and knowledge of parents about healthy toddlers in Kendawa Village. The output obtained is the existence of health education media about healthy toddlers in Kendawa Village.

The health of pregnant women is very important, health must be done as much as possible, if the mother is not healthy, the child will also follow what the mother is facing. There are many bad effects if the health of pregnant women is not right, one of which can make the death of pregnant women. This is a common problem in society. The purpose of the class for pregnant women is to increase knowledge, change attitudes and behavior of mothers to understand pregnancy, body changes and complaints during pregnancy, pregnancy care, childbirth, postpartum care, postnatal family planning, infectious diseases and birth certificates (MOH 2011, p. 2). The method used to increase the knowledge of pregnant women is counseling education. The author hopes that after this counseling education is carried out, pregnant women can find out the importance of maternal chelation during pregnancy. The results that can be obtained are increasing knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of participating in Mother's class activities in Jatibarang Kidul Village, the output obtained is the existence of health education media about Mother's Class in Jatibarang Kidul Village.
