With the rapid development and wide use of MANET, the quality of service for various businesses is much higher than before. Aiming at the adaptive routing control with multiple parameters for universal scenes, we propose an intelligent routing control algorithm for MANET based on reinforcement learning, which can constantly optimize the node selection strategy through the interaction with the environment and converge to the optimal transmission paths gradually. There is no need to update the network state frequently, which can save the cost of routing maintenance while improving the transmission performance. Simulation results show that, compared with other algorithms, the proposed approach can choose appropriate paths under constraint conditions, and can obtain better optimization objective.

Perioperative bleeding occupies a leading place among all surgical complications and, despite the rapid development of surgery, remains relevant to this day. In addition to an increase in mortality, bleeding can cause the development of other postoperative complications, which lead to disability of patients and to a decrease in the quality of life in all age groups. Most perioperative bleeding are caused by technical errors. This article reviews the problem of perioperative bleeding from the point of view of impaired coagulation capabilities of the body. The main etiopathogenetic features of hemostasis during the development of this complication are considered. The analysis of postoperative complications, which were directly or indirectly caused by bleeding during or after surgery, is presented. The prevalence of these complications in various areas of surgery has been demonstrated. More detailed study of the hemostasis system and the identification of predictors of hemostasis difficulties before the surgery may cause an improvement in the results of surgical treatment and reduce the number of postoperative complications and the duration of hospital stay. Accordingly, this will lead to a decrease in the cost of treatment and an increase in patient satisfaction with the medical care. In connection with the above, there is a great interest among surgeons and anesthesiologists in preventing the development of perioperative bleeding.

Enhanced licensed-assisted access (eLAA) is an operational mode that allows the use of unlicensed band to support long-term evolution (LTE) service via carrier aggregation technology. The extension of additional bandwidth is beneficial to meet the demands of the growing mobile traffic. In the uplink eLAA, which is prone to unexpected interference from WiFi access points, resource scheduling by the base station, and then performing a listen before talk (LBT) mechanism by the users can seriously affect the resource utilization. In this paper, we present a decentralized deep reinforcement learning (DRL)-based approach in which each user independently learns dynamic band selection strategy that maximizes its own rate. Through extensive simulations, we show that the proposed DRL-based band selection scheme improves resource utilization while supporting certain minimum quality of service (QoS).

Abstract The relevance of the topic of scientific research is associated with the use of new liquid fertilizers and a growth regulator in spring wheat crops to increase the yield and quality of grain in the central zone of the Orenburg region. Ensuring food security today is becoming one of the most urgent tasks set by the government of the Russian Federation for domestic agriculture. To solve this problem, it is necessary, first of all, to increase the yield of agricultural crops, rationally using all the factors affecting it. One of these factors is the timely and sufficient application of mineral fertilizers, the cost of which largely determines the size of the cost of production. The emergence of precision farming is associated, first of all, with the improvement of all types of agricultural machinery and technologies, as well as with the rapid development of computer technology, methods of computer modeling and information technology. The integrating basis of the technology is geographic information systems that allow registering and processing information characterizing the state of soil and crops. This information makes it possible to effectively use one of the most significant resources in crop production - mineral fertilizers.

At the present stage, China's construction industry has achieved rapid development with the rapid development of our society and economy. In the construction of our country's construction industry, scientific and rational project construction management can not only effectively improve the safety quality of construction workers, strengthen the personnel management of construction workers, effectively reduce the accidents of construction projects, but also can save the cost of construction projects and improve the economic efficiency of construction enterprises to the greatest extent. In view of this, this paper first analyzes the existing problems in the management of industrial and civil construction site and puts forward corresponding solutions.

Abstract Objective Transarterial radioembolization (TARE) offers a minimally invasive and safe treatment option for primary and metastatic hepatic malignancies. The benefits of TARE are manifold including prolonged overall survival, low associated morbidities, and improved time to progression allowing prolonged treatment-free intervals. The rapid development of new systemic therapies including immunotherapy has radically changed the treatment landscape for primary and metastatic liver cancer. Given the current climate, it is critical for interventional oncologists to understand the benefits of TARE relative to these other therapies. Therefore, this report aims to review quality-of-life outcomes and the cost comparisons of TARE as compared with systemic therapies.

The rapid development of cellular communication technology is inseparable from various problems especially on signal quality. In outdoor areas, the performance of eNodeB that is not optimal may cause communication failure. This research was conducted with the drive test on the L_BUNDARANRENON_PL, L_AKABA_PL and L_MYAMIN_CR to obtain signal quality parameters at Renon cluster area. The results of the drive test obtained compared to the simulation using the Atoll radio planning software with the Hatta Cost-231 propagation model and the Standard Propagation Model. From the comparison results, the margin value is used as a correction factor. The comparison results obtained based on the quality of SINR, The result of using the Standard Propagation Model is closer to the drive test measurement results than using Cost-231 Hatta. However, based on the quality of RSRQ, both propagation models yield almost the same results. Here are found that the correction factor for SINR obtained the Cost-231 Hatta propagation model of 6.15 dB and the Standard Propagation Model model of 6.11 dB. While for RSRQ correction factor the margin for both propagation models is -2 dB

Traditional routing protocols employ limited information to make routing decisions which leads to slow adaptation to traffic variability and restricted support to the quality of service requirements of the applications. To address these shortcomings, in previous work, we proposed RSIR, a routing solution based on Reinforcement Learning (RL) in SoftwareDefined Networking (SDN). However, RL-based solutions usually suffer an increase in the learning process when dealing with large action and state spaces. This paper introduces a different routing approach called Deep Reinforcement Learning and SoftwareDefined Networking Intelligent Routing (DRSIR). DRSIR defines a routing algorithm based on Deep RL (DRL) in SDN that overcomes the limitations of RL-based solutions. DRSIR considers path-state metrics to produce proactive, efficient, and intelligent routing that adapts to dynamic traffic changes. DRSIR was evaluated by emulation using real and synthetic traffic matrices. The results show that this solution outperforms the routing algorithms based on the Dijkstra’s algorithm and RSIR, in relation to stretching (stretch), packet loss, and delay. Moreover, the results obtained demonstrate that DRSIR provides a practical and viable solution for routing in SDN.

In line with the rapid development of the times and the increasingly complex problems faced by the state, there has also been a development in government administration which has been marked by a shift in the paradigm of governance from Rule Governance. This situation makes the bureaucracy rigid, in an environment that is only limited to flowing the instructions or following instructions. The district government in an Asologaima District has the main task of carrying out part of the authority delegated by the district head in the fields of government, economy, and development, society, peace, and order as well as coordination. The method is sed is descriptive method. Bureaucrats as providers of public services must be able to provide quality services, the quality of service of bureaucrats to society is closely related to customer satisfaction or consumer satisfaction as the recipient of the service itself.
