Industry Revolution (IR) 4.0 is revolutionizing the information infrastructure and the systems in supply chain management. However, the employment of the new technology is not sufficient to impact Supply Chain Management Performance (SCMP). Organizations need to build capabilities like integration both Upstream (UI) and Downstream (DI) for the technology to increase SCMP. The Green Practices (GP) are also becoming part of global corporate culture as all stakeholders demand sustainability in the value chain. The study tests IR 4.0, UI, DI, and GP to understand its impact and relationship with SCMP. For the statistical testing conducts on primary data collected from Malaysian firms. AMOS structural equation model is used to test the model and infer the results. The test concludes that IR 4.0 along with UI, DI, and GP impacts SCMP positively.

Chili is one of high-value horticulture commodities, prioritized for its production expansion, and has no substitute. Chili price is inflationary due to its high fluctuation. This research aims to analyze performance of its supply chain management. Primary data was collected in Malang Regency, East Java, from chili agribusiness actors. Data collected were analyzed using both descriptive and marketing margin approaches. Great red chili, curly red chili, and cayenne farm businesses were profitable with benefits each ranged from Rp 24.44 million to Rp83.8 million/season/hectare. The R/C ratios varied from 1.62 to 2.89 indicating that chili farming is feasible. Most of value chain was gained by retailers, merchants, and wholesalers. Wholesalers at the central market played significant role in collecting chili from farmers and distributed it to consumers through retailers. Strategy to improve marketing efficiency is through enhancing integrated chili supply chain management.

Supply chain is the process of continuous flow of products or services from source to the destination. Supply chain management has become an effective tool now a day to survive in this competitive world. Organizations do their best to harvest profits by adopting better supply chain management practices for competitive advantage and organizational performance. In this paper an attempt has been made to understand the relationship among supply chain practices, competitive advantage, and organizational performance using structural equation modelling. This research conceptualizes and develops five secondary dimensions of supply chain practices (Use of technology, SC speed, Customer satisfaction, SC integration, and Inventory management). The research also identifies four primary competitive advantage components (Inventory management, Customer satisfaction, Profitability, and Customer base identification) and six primary organizational performance components (Financial Performance, Market performance, SC competencies, Customer satisfaction, Stakeholder satisfaction, and Innovation and learning). The data for analysis was collected from top 10 non-livestock organized retail players operating in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, New Delhi and, Gurgaon in India. The relationships in the proposed framework were tested using structural equation modelling. The results indicate that Indian retailers know that competitive advantage has high impact on SCP but they have less understanding in matching SCP and competitive advantage with organizational performance.
