A collision/reaction cell ICP-MS was used to develop a method for the multi-element determination of Na, Mg, Al, K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Sr, Nb, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sb, Cs, Ba, Hg and Pb in mastic gum.

An analytical method was developed for Ca determination in ultrapure water, concentrated acids and hydrogen peroxide by ICP-MS, using CH3F as reaction gas in the dynamic reaction cell (DRC) and isotopic dilution (ID) as strategy of calibration for improve the accuracy and allow interference- free Ca determination.

A rapid dilute-and-shoot procedure was described for the ultra-trace determination of Li, Al, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Tl, Pb and U in honey by collision/reaction cell inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (CRC-ICP-MS).
