The multi objective travelling salesman problem simultaneously optimizes several objectives. It is also called as shortest cyclic route model with multiple objectives provides the shortest route. In this article, the compromised decision support solutions are processed for a multi objective travelling salesman problem. The dynamic programming approach for optimal path with state space tree is used to get the shortest route for the objectives. Based on decision maker's preference, the compromised solution for the multi objective travelling salesman problem is obtained. The proposed methodology is very simple and easy way to get the shortest route which is illustrated with an example.

A solution strategy based on integer linear programming models has been developed for leaf sweeping operations in the Argentine city of Trenque Lauquen. The aim is to achieve efficiency in the assignment of sweepers to city blocks, the identification of leaf bag deposit points and the routes to be followed by collection trucks for leaf bag pickup. Previous to this strategy, sweeper assignments were improvised and inefficient, with blocks often left unswept. Furthermore, no method was available for accurately determining the number of sweepers needed to ensure either full coverage of all city zones within the working day or a balanced work load distribution across all sweepers. Application of the solution strategy by the city has resulted in efficient definitions of sweeper requirements while optimizing sweeper assignments such that all blocks are covered. Once the strategy is fully implemented, the number of bag deposit points under the manual definitions should be reduced by roughly one-half and the total travel distance of the truck routes, modelled as an asymmetric travelling salesman problem, should be cut by 10–15% with the consequent savings in time, vehicle use and fuel consumption.

PT XYZ as the best and largest Bed Sheet Set company in Indonesia with products such as Bed Covers, Bed Sheets, Pillowcases, Bolsters and Blankets. The Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a problem faced in finding the best route to visit shops that sell products from PT BIG. A visit to the shop is carried out on the condition that each city can only be visited once except the city of origin. The algorithms applied in this TSP problem include the Complete Enumeration, Branch & Bound and Greedy Heuristic methods.

Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) is one of combinatorial optimization problems in everyday life. TSP is about someone who had to visit all the cities exactly once and return to the initial city with minimal distances. TSP can be solved using Genetic Algorithms. In a Genetic Algorithm, a matrix representation represents chromosomes which indicates a journey. If in the course of the past n number of city will set up a matrix n x n. The matrix element Mij with row i and column j where entry M (i, j) will be equal to 1 if and only if the city i before the city j visited in one trip. In addition to the M (i, j) = 0. Crossover is a mechanism that is owned by the Genetic Algorithm to combine the two chromosomes to produce offspring inherited basic characteristics of the parent. Genetic Algorithms in addition to involve the population early in the optimization process will also generate new populations through the crossover process, so as to provide optimal number of variables is not just a single solution. From the results of the crossover process in the case of TSP passing through six cities, there are two the best offspring with the same finess value which is 0.014. Genetic Algorithms can be stopped on the second generation due to successive received the highest fitness value unchanged. Keywords: Travelling Salesman Program (TSP), Genetic Algorithm, Matrix Representation, Crossover Process

In this paper concepts for goal-oriented reasoning within the blackboard development environment QBB are presented. The architecture of QBB supports the selection of problem solving actions with respect to the achivement of quality goals. Furthermore, interactions of goals are explicitly taken into account in action selection. The features of QBB to support goal-oriented reasoning are presented. Especially, it is described how mutual influence of actions with respect to goal achievement can explicitly modeled as relationships between actions, the so-called compensation relations. The usefullness of compensation relations has been tested by goal-oriented modeling of the travelling salesman problem.

GA (Genetic algorithm) is an optimization method based on operators (mutation and crossover) utilizing a survival of the fittest idea. They are utilized favorably in various problems. (TSP) Travelling salesman problem is one of the famous studied. TSP is a permutation problem in which the aim is to determine the shortest tour between n different points (cities), otherwise, the problem aims to find a route covering all cities where that the total distance is minimal. In this study a single salesman travels to each of the cities and close the loop by returning to the city he started, the aim of this study is to determine the minimum number of generations in which salesman does the minimum path, cities are chosen at random as initial population. The new generations are then created iteratively till the proper path is attained.
