One manifestation of the important role of banking in a region, as implemented by PT Bank Sumut, Gunungsitoli Branch, is to distribute loans for investment, consumption and working capital for the people in the area. The purpose of providing credit for banks is the return of credit that earns interest and can increase income to finance activities and business continuity. From the results of research conducted with this data collection technique, it shows that PT Bank Sumut has a number of loans from 2009 to 2014 which each year rises. From this study, it is also known that the rate of credit repayment has a positive influence on the level of profitability.

  Purpose: This study is intended to improve the Sustainability performance in the Al- Fayha / Basra branch Ready Construction Co limited relationship between the strategy of risk management and requirements of the business continuity and investigation of the findings. Methodology: Making up a conceptual model of the business continuity tracks flow in the Al- Fayha / Basra branch Ready Construction Co limited The model is based on the interactive relationship between the risk management and requirements of the business continuity of Some help was available quantitative methods, relying on a combination of descriptive and quantitative approaches, in order for the accuracy of the results. results: the Al- Fayha / Basra branch Ready Construction Co limited been the subject matter of the research. It lacks the conceptual pattern that systemizes , integrates and directs its main components towards a comprehensive improvement of the company. In addition it requires relative interest in the strategic role of the strategy of risk management and its dual effects on both the business continuity and the Sustainability performance of the Company. The main recommendations were to identify the risks that affect the business continuity of the company, to control them in order to achieve full response to all business continuity requirements.

The authors wished to identify available guidance for local emergency management agencies (LEMAs) on the use of aviation resources in local emergency management (EM) planning. If handled properly, aviation is a proven asset that can be effectively used before, during, and after emergencies.The authors determined that literature on LEMA planning provides little evidence of local governments systematically addressing the role of aviation in their planning for emergencies. Most localities could improve their response capabilities if they integrate aviation into their planning. To provide ideas and to spur discussion in the LEMA community, this article addresses the current position of aviation in local emergency planning, what aspects of the role of aviation in emergencies that LEMAs should take into account including federal and state authority in EM aviation, and possible means and templates to assist LEMAs in incorporating aviation into their planning.

Businesses in urban areas have been required to accommodate stranded persons as temporary evacuation facilities during disasters. Regarding measures aimed at aiding stranded persons, aspects such as trust and the image of the business need to be considered. Therefore, in this study, a personnel training course was developed to smoothly take in stranded persons, and the outcomes of this training were evaluated by quizzes, entry sheets, and a questionnaire. This was a two-day and one-night course characterized by the use of role-play in which 20 participants experienced the series of processes that unfold during disasters, playing either the role of a stranded person or a facility member. This training included emergency food provision using real stockpiled food and accommodation training using actual bedding stored in a model facility. After the review, when the participants were taught the correct response for vulnerable people, their scores in the test regarding the points of caution in vulnerable people were significantly higher than those prior to the course, confirming that participants had acquired knowledge as a result. Furthermore, through training using real food and accommodation, the participants were able to understand victims’ requirements by experiencing the need for satisfactory emergency rations and comfortable bedding.
