In order to improve the weight calculation accuracy of hospital informatization level evaluation and shorten the evaluation time, a research method of hospital informatization level evaluation model based on the decision tree algorithm is proposed. Using the decision tree algorithm combining fuzzy theory and ID3, the decision tree is constructed to analyze the hospital information data. By means of questionnaire survey, expert experience, mathematical statistics, and in-depth interview, information facilities construction, information resources construction, information scientific research application, management information, and information guarantee are selected as the nodes of the decision tree to evaluate the hospital information level. Construct the structural equation model, standardize the data, extract the weight of each evaluation index, and complete the evaluation of hospital informatization level. The experimental results show that the weight calculation results of this method are basically consistent with the actual results, and the evaluation efficiency is improved.

Basic methods and techniques involved in the determination of minimum sample size at the use of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in a research project, is one of the crucial problems faced by researchers since there were some controversy among scholars regarding methods and rule-of-thumbs involved in the determination of minimum sample size when applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Therefore, this paper attempts to make a review of the methods and rule-of-thumbs involved in the determination of sample size at the use of SEM in order to identify more suitable methods. The paper collected research articles related to the sample size determination for SEM and review the methods and rules-of-thumb employed by different scholars. The study found that a large number of methods and rules-of-thumb have been employed by different scholars. The paper evaluated the surface mechanism and rules-of-thumb of more than twelve previous methods that contained their own advantages and limitations. Finally, the study identified two methods that are more suitable in methodologically and technically which have identified by non-robust scholars who deeply addressed all the aspects of the techniques in the determination of minimum sample size for SEM analysis and thus, the prepare recommends these two methods to rectify the issue of the determination of minimum sample size when using SEM in a research project.

Based on the road conditions of the low-grade highway (lower Grade 2) in China southwest mountainous area and speed investigations under different conditions, the estimation model of running speed in this region was established, meanwhile, the criteria for the safety appraisal of line based on running speed in southwest is put forward. Finally, according to the above achievement we developed software for the safety appraisal of line that oriented the low class highway in southern mountainous area in China, and achieve a real-time evaluation of visualization in its design and service life. This method is available for multiple engineering projects.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to clarify the attention to the elements of human resource strategic management that can promote motivation of employees of knowledge-based institutions for developing corporate entrepreneurship. Design/methodology/approach – This study is considered as an empirical one in terms of objective, and its research methodology is descriptive-correlative type. More specifically, structural equation modeling was used for data analysis. Findings – The findings demonstrate that promotion of skill and knowledge levels of people, as an operational strategy in the development of human resource in knowledge-based institutions, increases the demand for job promotion and enhances employees’ motivation in corporate entrepreneurship. On the other hand, organizational culture moderate the relationship between human resource management and corporate entrepreneurship. Originality/value – This paper fulfills an identified need to study the relationship between human resource management and corporate entrepreneurship. The manuscript creates a paradigm for future studies of the evolution of corporate entrepreneurship and human resource management.

The coordination mechanism of enterprise network resource refers to the rules which the enterprise network members are able to comply with and unity action in order to achieve the expected goal. The rules mainly include: opportunity discovery mechanism, communication mechanism, strategy consultation mechanism and the learning mechanism of enterprise network, as well as the evaluation of coordination effect. The aim of constructing maturity model of enterprise network resource coordination is to make the agent of enterprise network understand the situation of network resources, and provide path description for improving coordination of network source, improving coordination mechanism. Maturity model of enterprise network resource coordination should be considered in four dimensionalities: coordination costs, coordination process, coordination method and learning ability. According to the dimensionality level or quality, enterprises network source coordinated maturity model may divided into four levels: the initial level, polymer level, standard level and optimization level.

<p>Model  evaluasi pembelajaran  harus  senantiasa ditingkatkan kualitasnya, tidak hanya pada proses belajar mengajar di kelas saja. Model  evaluasi pembelajaran  akan meningkatkan kualitas belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model pembelajaran yang dipakai dalam proses belajar mengajar mata kuliah Model  Belajar  Mengajar Pendidikan Islam dan untuk mengetahui peran antar  variabel yaitu   proses  pembelajaran mata kuliah strategi pembelajaran  pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) terhadap output pembelajaran mata mata kuliah Strategi Pembelajaran  pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa  Tarbiyah Jurusan Pendidikan Islam, STAIN  Kudus  yang  berjumlah 152  orang.  Subjek penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik <em>random </em><em>sampling</em>. Pengumpulan data  dilakukan   dengan  menyebarkan angket dan analisis menggunakan   <em>Structural  Equation  Model </em>(SEM). Hasil  penelitian   ini  menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh  proses pembelajaran  mata kuliah Strategi Pembelajaran  PAI terhadap output  pembelajaran  mata kuliah strategi pembelajaran  PAI dapat diterima. Dan proses pembelajaran mata  kuliah strategi pembelajaran  pendidikan  Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap output pembelajaran mata mata kuliah Strategi Pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI).</p><p><strong>Kata kunci: model, evaluasi, pembelajaran, pendidikan,  PAI.</strong></p><p><em>E</em><em>V</em><em>A</em><em>L</em><em>U</em><em>A</em><em>TION MODEL ON  “STRATEGI  PEMBELAJARAN PAI” TEACHING. Teaching evaluation model should be improved, not only its teaching and learning process. Teaching evaluation model improve the teaching and learning quality. This research aims to test the process of learning and teaching subject lesson of process of learning and teaching Islamic Education model and to know the analysis result of variables. They are teaching and learning process of subject ‘Strategi Pembelajaran PAI’ (Learning Strategy of Islamic Education).  The subjects in this research were Tarbiyah Department students on Islamic Education  Major of Kudus State Islamic College. The subjects in this study taken by using random  sampling  technique. They were 152 students. The data collection conducted by disseminating questionare. The analisis used Structural Equation Model (SEM). Then, the result of research showed that the influence of teaching and learning process to the output  was received and the process of learning and teaching had good influence to the learning and teaching output.</em></p><p><strong><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: model, evaluation, learning , education islam</em><br /></strong></p>
