The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a model used by researchers to predict and analyse factors that influence a person's interest in a technology. The purpose of this literature review is to find out how the interests of users of an information system are investigated. This literature review is based on a thorough review of the research and a descriptive discussion based on previous studies that investigate the acceptance of an information system. Previous researchers have used good research methods and research steps, so the results of the study can also give an idea of how user interests strongly influence the usefulness and actual actions when using an information system. The results of a systematic review show that the TAM method for predicting an individual's interest in accepting an information technology relationship between constructs used is a determinant that can measure interest in user behavior and also a determinant that can predict and explain interest in user behavior. Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model, Behavior Interests, User Behavior.

Technological advances make competition more competitive so companies are competing in introducing and selling goods by utilizing technology, one of the most rapid technological advances is the internet, the increasing number of internet users has a positive impact on e-commerce. Therefore e-commerce can provide information on goods, facilitate ordering of goods and is not limited by time and distance, to determine the acceptance of technology users, then the Technology Acceptance Model method is used with variables of perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, perceived usefulness, actual usage, behavioral intention. The research sample of 26 employees. Based on the results of the linear analysis noted that attitude toward using can be explained by variations in perceived ease of use, behavioral intention, and perceived usefulness of 52,5 percent, while actual usage can be explained by variations in perceived ease of use, perceived of usefulness, and behavioral intention of 72,2 percent and the remaining 47,5 percent and 27,8 percent are explained by other factors outside the model.

The purpose of this paper is to identify problems in the identified picking process that lead to consumer dissatisfaction and provide solutions to problems that exist in the company, especially in warehousing, supported by analysis of the running system to obtain the information needed. The decision-making system is used to be able to produce information regarding picking orders in adjusting the number of orders, availability of pickers and distribution to consumers. The research method that uses the PIECES analysis and technology acceptance model method to determine the user's acceptance of the system being built. The smart digital order picking system was able to significantly accelerate the order picking business process from the ones that previously took a long time after implementation could meet consumer needs quickly.

The m-Governance framework of auniversity aims to utilize the massive reach of mobile phones and harness the potential of mobile applications to enable easy and round the-clock access to the services of its affiliated institutions.  In the current mobile age there is need for transforming e-governance services to m-Governance as m-Governance is not a replacement for e-Governance rather it complements e-Governance. With this unparalleled advancement of mobile communication technologies, universities are turning to m-governance to realize the value of mobile technologies for responsive governance and measurable improvements to academic, social and economic development, public service delivery, operational efficiencies and active stakeholder engagement. In this context the present study, aims to develop and validate a m-governance framework of a university by extending Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with its prime stakeholders so called the Heads of the affiliated institutions. A survey instrument was developed based on the framework and it was administered with 20 Heads of the affiliated Institutions. The results also showed that the Heads of the affiliated Institutions expressed their favorableness towards m-governance adoption.
