This article presents raw inferential statistical data that determine the IT Governance effectiveness on the IT Performance. To identify influence mechanism Information Technology Governance (ITG) on Effectiveness ITG and IT Performance.Data were collected from respondents in all regions of Indonesia. Quantitative research methods are used to analyze data. The structured questionnaire was distributed to respondents in all regions of Indonesia who understood the field of IT Governance in Higher University whose reliability and validity were confirmed. Structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS software, version 3, is used to present data. SEM path analysis shows an estimate of the relationship of the main constructs in the data The results obtained from this dataset shows positive relationship between mechanism Structure, Process and Relation to IT Governance effectiveness, consciousness also has a significant influence on the IT Performance and positive relationship between IT Governance effectiveness and IT Performance. However, mechanism structure and process has proven to have a negative and insignificant influence on the IT Performance Effective IT governance related to mechanism ITG and IT Performance level of unit analysis. One of the more significant findings to emerge from this study is that evaluate the mechanism ITG impact to effective IT governance that focus on higher education institution (HEI). This study already examines a validation of evaluation model and collecting data in particular higher education institution (HEI) as a single case study.

This study characterizes and analyzes information technology governance in a Brazilian institution of higher education. The methodological aspects included the quantitative approach, with application multivariate analysis, clusters and descriptive statistics from a sample of 62 individuals, and qualitative by means semi-structured interviews of ten professionals responsible for institution IT sectors. Analysis are presented a scenario in which IT governance can be characterized as a non-adopted practice and without planning for adoption. Aspects such as, lack of personnel, training, and planning of projects were observed as critical factors to IT governance implantation success. A bidirectional communication absence between IT and organizational management has led the institution to responsibilities dispersion and lacks horizontal integration with possible investments without adding value. The governance model identified was considered anarchic.

The purpose of this article is to build a conceptual framework based on literature review that will be tested in future research related to Information Technology Governance (ITG). The results of the literature review allow for the construction of hypotheses into a conceptual framework. Furthermore, the study identifies mechanism that contribute to effectiveness IT governance based on past literatures, on this domain assesses mechanism ITG the influence between information technology performance and  effectiveness Information technology governance .The conceptual framework will be tested among higher Education Institution (HEI) users for future research in Indonesia..

Abstract - Education is used as a measurement to assess the quality of human resources as well as a determinant the quality of the nation. The quality of a excellent generation and able to compete will be exist from the education process. Organizational culture and information technology followed by lecturers' organizational commitment is a model for higher education mapping to produce optimal performance. Realizing the importance of this model, the problem of not achieving lecturer performance is a problem that must be solved through a performance improvement mapping model. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all Lecturers of International Women's University, using the technique of proportional random sampling and Slovin formula, a sample of 88 lecturers was obtained. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the performance of International Women University Lecturers is influenced simultaneously or partially by Organizational Culture, Information Technology, and Organizational Commitment. From the three variables, organizational commitment shows the highest contribution, while the lowest contribution is determined by information technology.

This research arises from the importance of integration of knowledge of economics/business and spatial sciences for graduates who must think and act in interdisciplinary contexts. The systematic literature review revealed thatthis interdisciplinary field is richly present in original scientific research, and is undoubtedly topical and worthy of research efforts. Themain objective of this paper is toanalyse important factors that contribute to the attitudes of students towards interdisciplinary knowledge, and factors that shape their intentions to use and integrate this knowledge in the future. The conceptual model formed was tested using structural equation modeling (SEM). Research results confirm the importance of integration of economics/business and spatial sciences knowledge, for graduates. As presented in the paper, results of thestudyhave important implications for higher education institutions, reforming and updating their study programs, as well as for educators in the field of spatial sciences and economic/business sciences, in research and in education.

The authors attempted to investigate how to resolve the growing work-life balance issue occurring due to COVID-19 Pandemic in the higher education sector. On the premise of prominent literature, the study conceptualized a framework to test if supervisor support and employee`s proactive work behavior could help address the work-life balance issue. Through applying the quantitative approach, the study collected data from employees working in a higher education institution in the UK. Results of the structural equation modeling found significant association and influence of supervisor support and work-life balance. The study also found a strong affiliation between proactive work behavior and work-life balance. However, proactive work behavior did not moderate supervisor support and work-life balance relationship. The study concluded that both supervisor support and proactive work behavior could be vital in helping employees to achieve their work goals effectively and efficiently without compromising their work-life balance. The study forwards prominent implications to guide practitioners, policymakers and researchers in this domain.
