Abstract To contribute to the intelligence and knowledge of power grid regulation and control operations, this paper presents a method of power grid regulation knowledge modeling based on ELG (Event Logic Graph), which includes an event word extraction based on a predicate-argument model, an event chain extraction and fusion based on event similarity theory, an event generalization based on a soft-pattern algorithm, and an event relationship recognition based on rule pattern matching method and joint constraints. Finally, this paper uses events as nodes and event relationships as directed edges to construct an affair graph stipulated by the power grid regulation and control regulations. The ELG is also called the new generation knowledge graph. But the knowledge graph can only describe the existence of entities and the upper and lower associations between entities. ELG can explain the inheritance, causality between entities and the logic of affair evolution, and the probability of transition between legacy and causality. Therefore, knowledge modeling based on ELG has intelligent advantages. Also, compared with ontology-based knowledge modeling methods, the method proposed in this paper can realize the dynamic representation of control operation knowledge, can express the logic of behavior and logic of operation, and also has higher retrieval accuracy.

In order to ensure the safe, stable operation of Guangzhou power grid to meet the large city power grid requirements, reached the international advanced level, to realize the transformation of Guangzhou electric power dispatching control center strategy and control mode, it requires the construction of a new generation of intelligent dispatching technical support system. This paper analyzes the current situation and development of Guangzhou power grid. Based on the rapid development of smart grid technology and information technology, this paper puts forward the development direction of power grid dispatching technology support system. It also puts forward the construction work of reasonable planning, makes clear about construction content and technical support system to meet the overall business needs “integration of regulation and control, the integration of main distribution network, market-oriented support”. And we make theoretical exploration and practice and accumulated experience for the new generation of power dispatching intelligent technical support system development.

Abstract With the strengthening of the integrated characteristics of power grid and the construction of the New Generation Dispatching and Control System with “physical distribution, logical integration”, the demand for global monitoring and analysis of power grid has gradually increased. On the basis of understanding of design of the new generation real-time dispatching and control data platform system, with the principles of componentization and servitization, the real-time power grid WebGIS visualization framework is designed and implemented. And this paper further introduces the design of the front-end secondary development interface and examples, as well as the cartographic generalization of the power grid WebGIS visual map. This framework has successfully supported the construction and online operation of several real-time power grid WebGIS visualization applications.

ABSTRACT Bovine tuberculosis persists as a costly zoonotic disease in numerous countries despite extensive eradication and control efforts. Sequential serum samples obtained from Mycobacterium bovis-infected cattle were evaluated for seroreactivity to mycobacterial antigens. Animals received M. bovis by aerosol, intratonsil, intranasal, or intratracheal inoculation. Assays included the multiantigen print immunoassay for determination of antigen recognition patterns, immunoblot analysis for sensitive kinetic studies, and the VetTB STAT-PAK test, a novel, rapid test based on lateral-flow technology. Responses to MPB83 were detected for all M. bovis-infected animals regardless of the route or strain of M. bovis used for inoculation. Other less commonly recognized antigens included ESAT-6, CFP-10, and MPB70. Responses to MPB83 were detectable as early as 4 weeks after inoculation, were boosted upon injection of purified protein derivatives for skin testing, and persisted throughout the course of each of the four challenge studies. MPB83-specific immunoglobulin M (IgM) was detected prior to MPB83-specific IgG detection; however, early IgM responses rapidly waned, suggesting a benefit of tests that detect both IgM- and IgG-specific antibodies. The VetTB STAT-PAK test detected responses in sera from 60% (15/25) of the animals by 7 weeks after challenge and detected responses in 96% (24/25) of the animals by 18 weeks. These findings demonstrate the potential for new-generation antibody-based tests for the early detection of M. bovis infection in cattle.
