As the decision-making brain for power system operation, grid regulation and operation is a comprehensive decision-making control that combines a large amount of data, mechanism analysis, operating procedures and professional experience, and a new generation of artificial intelligence development ideas and evolution characterized by data-driven and knowledge-guided. The directions are very close. However, the current scheduling control is still based on experience and manual analysis. The massive and diverse data of the control center and the lack of logical models between the plans require a large amount of experience and knowledge associations by the control personnel. There are more repetitive human brain labor and relatively low intelligence. Therefore, deep learning is applied to the learning of power control knowledge, and a semantic understanding network based on deep Long Short Term Memory is proposed. It uses sequence labeling to extract in-depth semantic related information of different keywords and query questions, and finds key information about language problems in order to achieve fine-grained and precise query. Experiments show that the proposed network model is superior to the previous methods, and it achieves better performance in the joint extraction of fine-grained evaluation words and evaluation objects, extracts the key information and deep semantic information of query problems and corresponding cases, and realizes power scheduling based on voice interaction The model can be effectively applied in the field of power dispatching and solve a large number of problems in power dispatching and control.

With the proposal of the concept of carbon neutrality in China, the market will continue to pay more attention to sustainable energy and energy conversion. The management of the power system is a very important part in this field due to the discontinuity of wind energy and solar energy, which is also called power dispatching. It is particularly important in the process of power system conversion and management, so it is very helpful to understand the development and bottleneck of power system to understand the main research content of power dispatching through literature. Based on machine learning and text mining, this paper analyses the related research of power dispatching. The results show that the related papers of power dispatching mainly include safe operation, power dispatching strategy, power dispatching automation, power dispatching technology analysis and so on. This paper also shows the results by a clear visualization method.

Abstract The air conditioning system of ice storage and water storage has been applied in many practical projects. This paper introduces the air conditioning system form of Fuyang Electric Power Dispatching Building. The design condition of cold and heat sources and its transmission and distribution system is also introduced. In addition, this paper also collects and analyses the data of the chillers in actual operation. The results show that the system runs steadily and accords with the design conditions.

Using the distributed scheduling method in the system can not only improve the quality of power transmission, but also improve the speed of system operation. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the distributed task scheduling method, this paper analyzes the independent task dynamic optimization level scheduling algorithm based on MPSoC, and carries on the in-depth understanding of the practical application effect, so as to prove the positive role of distributed scheduling in the application of power grid automation system.

Abstract In order to adapt to the development and application of power dispatch control systems in the future cloud computing environment, this study proposes to make full use of the elastic characteristics of cloud computing to construct a new power dispatch control system architecture. First, we analyze the shortcomings of the traditional power dispatch control system architecture, from the perspective of architecture complexity, operation and maintenance, universality and disaster tolerance. Secondly, combining the characteristics of the existing dispatch control system, we propose a new power dispatch control system architecture that conforms to the cloud computing platform. Finally, we emphatically analyzed the key technologies for key breakthroughs needed to realize the power dispatching control system architecture. Through the comparison of traditional and new power dispatch control system architectures, it can be considered that the new power dispatching control system architecture has greatly improved reliability, flexibility, safety and economy, and has certain advantages.

Abstract This paper introduces the problems of poor signal condition of a single time source in time synchronization or error in time source switching in the power system. It adopts the two-clock mode timing scheme of BeiDou 2 synchronous satellite and GPS synchronous satellite to ensure the stable output of the main clock within a certain accuracy. The system takes full advantage of the field programmable gate array (FPGA) hardware method, aligns the internal clock lock signal with the input second pulse phase, and proposes an improved method for the problem of large clock synchronization deviation based on the network, which proves the effectiveness and superiority of the system to accurately output the pulse and provide reliable time synchronization for the power dispatching system.
