With the development of business ecosystems and the depth of entrepreneurship research, the research based on the ecosystem has been popular. The theory of entrepreneurial ecosystem provides an overall perspective for the research of entrepreneurial activity. However, how to measure the system vitality still remains an unsolved problem. This study chooses diversity, density, and connectivity as the dynamic characteristics to construct the assessment index system of a regional entrepreneurship system. The study also takes the old industrial bases in Northeast China, Liaoning Province as an object. It calculates the vitality score and puts forward some targeted suggestions for improving the vitality of entrepreneurial ecosystems in Liaoning Province.

The contradiction between urban development and urban ecology is becoming more distinct with the global population growth and rapid economic development. This study investigated the construction of an evaluation index system for the ecological planning of modern industrial cities based on the low carbon concept to address the ecological crisis brought by the economic development of industrial cities. The entropy and weight calculation methods were adopted. The three-level evaluation system of the low-carbon ecological planning evaluation index was constructed. The basic model STIRPAT and the SPSS statistical analysis method were adopted. Regression analysis was conducted on the influencing factors of the low carbon ecological planning of a port city. The analytic hierarchy process was used, and the ecological construction of an industrial city was evaluated. Research results show that the evaluation index system of this study is suitable for the low carbon planning of industrial cities. The results of the ecological planning in Tianjin were analyzed, and several countermeasures and suggestions for the ecological planning and construction of industrial cities were provided. Thus, this study has a significant reference value.

On the Basis of Relevant Theory and Literature Research, analyze the development of forestry enterprises in northeast China, and establish the evaluation index system of the ecological situation of forestry enterprises in northeast China. Based on the composite weights of objective and subjective empowerment, the ecological niche and potential of forestry enterprises in Northeast state-owned forest areas were evaluated, and establishes the evaluation index system of the ecological situation of forestry enterprise in northeast China. Based on this, the ecological position and potential of forestry enterprises in the northeast of the northeast are evaluated, and the model of the evolution path selection matrix of the northeast state-owned forest is constructed. Finally, based on the development of ecological path dependence and path breakthrough, passive adaptation and initiative adaptation, the functional ecological selection of forestry enterprises in the northeast state-owned forest sector is combined with the ecological potential of the forestry enterprise, which is the economic benefit priority, ecological benefit and the three main benefits. Based on the basis of the contribution of three different forestry enterprises and the potential value of different forestry enterprises, the corresponding alternative evolution path of the functional ecological evolution of forestry enterprises in the northeast state-owned forest sector is proposed.

The low-carbon ecological planning and green building are continuously explored at home and abroad, and a corresponding index system is formed, but no reasonable relationship between green building and ecological planning is established. This paper concludes a pointcut of planning and an index system combining green building and low-carbon ecology through analysis and research on green building and low-carbon ecological indexes at home and abroad, and based on the urban characteristics and practice experience of Beijing city. In the planning process, this paper considers 20 indexes in four aspects: spatial planning, traffic organization, resource utilization and ecological environment, and the building design process includes 27 indexes in seven aspects, such as building, structure, water supply and drainage, and so on. The indexes in two aspects correspond to each other, and form a complete set of low-carbon ecological and green building index system.

This paper studied the green infrastructure and ecological technology application based on lakes overall protection, in the case of Wolong Lake area in Shenyang, Liaoning Province of China. Wolong Lake is located in boundary of Liaoning, Jilin and Inner Mongolia Province, and closed to Horqin sandy land. It is the second largest fresh water lake in northeast China, which is important node for eastern Asia bird migration and for migratory bird propagation in summer. It is the important ecological security strategy node in Liaoning Province and even in Northeast China for the ecological security effect of sand fixation, freshwater supply, birds conservation, etc. It has some practical significance for the study of lake and estuary landscape ecological planning in small town of Northeast China, especially for the the green infrastructure planning.

Viruses are the most abundant and ubiquitous biological entities in various ecosystems, yet few investigations of viral communities in wetlands have been performed. To address this data gap, water samples from 6 wetlands were randomly collected across northeast China; viruses in the water were concentrated by sequential tangential flow filtration, and viral communities were assessed through randomly amplified polymorphic DNA-PCR (RAPD-PCR) with 4 decamer oligonucleotide primers. Principal coordinate analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis of the DNA fingerprints showed that viral community compositions differed among the water samples: communities in the 2 coastal wetlands were more similar to each other than to those in the 4 freshwater wetlands. The Shannon-Weaver index (H) and evenness index (E) of the RAPD-PCR fingerprint also differed among the 6 wetlands. Mantel test revealed that the changes in viral communities in wetland water were most closely related to the water NH4+-N and inorganic C content, followed by total K, P, C and NO3--N. DNA sequence analysis of the excised bands revealed that viruses accounted for ~40% of all sequences. Among the hit viral homologs, the majority belonged to the Microviridae. Moreover, variance partitioning analysis showed that the viral community contributed 24.58% while environmental factors explained 30.56% of the bacterial community variation, indicating that the bacterial community composition was strongly affected by both viral community and water variables. This work provides an initial outline of the viral communities from different types of wetlands in northeast China and improves our understanding of the viral diversity in these ecosystems.
