Based on the theory of elastic foundation beam, the mechanical model of the backfilling mining support-roof rock beam-gangue filling body under the condition of comprehensive mechanized filling mining is established. The foundation coefficient of each part is determined, and the subsidence of each part of roof rock beam is calculated. It is found that the initial filling height is the decisive factor to control the subsidence and migration stability of each part of the roof rock beam. Properly increasing the pushing force of backfilling-coal mining hydraulic support on the filling body can also effectively control the roof subsidence. The comprehensive mechanized filling mining process was studied by similar simulation experiments, it is found that the influence law of initial filling height on roof rock beam subsidence is the same as that of theoretical analysis, and the experimental measurement values and fitting function relationships are consistent with the theoretical calculation results.

The constraint relation of three-key-equipment, including coal cutter, scraper conveyor and hydraulic support, applied in the safe, high-producing and high-efficient fully mechanized mining face, was introduced; the composition principle of electro-hydraulic control system, embedded in the hydraulic support, was discussed, and the design scheme of the composition and hardware system about the electro-hydraulic control unit was presented in this paper. And finally the scheme achieved the target that we can control and monitor the working condition in near real-time, on the ground, in the crossheading and in front of the mining face.

In view of the shortcomings of traditional hydraulic support system, such as poor mobility and limited range of adjustment, a new configuration with double parallelogram structure is proposed. Combining the kinematic diagram of the mechanism of the new support system and the relevant parameters of the balance moment, using the kinematic vector closed-loop modeling method and D’Alembert’s principle, the relationship equation between the generalized coordinates of the hydraulic support and the geometric position parameters is obtained, and the analysis model with plural-freedom is established. Dynamic response characteristics and natural frequencies of column hydraulic cylinder and balance hydraulic cylinder are analyzed. The results demonstrate that the natural frequencies of the improved balance hydraulic cylinder and column hydraulic cylinder have been greatly improved, and the safety performance of the hydraulic support has been greatly increased.
