Activated sludge method is mainly used to sewage water treatment of water injection system in oil field, dissolved oxygen of sewage pond plays a important role in the sewage water treatment process. The proportional control algorithm of dissolved oxygen concentration is developed based on a first time delay model, and the parameter values of the controller is determined by using stability margins design approach. Simulation results are provided to illustrate the design procedure and the effectiveness of the proposed methods. When applying to the wastewater treatment system based on activated sludge, this method can achieve a satisfied treating performance with robustness. Simulation results are given to demonstrate the design procedure and the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

This paper analyze the operation condition of some waste-water stations based on DEA , find the optimization operation model of waste-water treatment stations in oilfield with C2R model with negative pollutants. The calculating examples has proved that the efficiency of waste-water treatment is obviously improved in this method.

A most probable number (MPN) method was used to enumerate dissimilatory ammonium-producing, nitrate-reducing bacteria (DAP-NRB) in oil field waters and to determine whether they were stimulated by nitrate addition used to control hydrogen sulfide production. An ammonium production medium with 5 carbon and energy sources (acetate, glucose, glycerol, pyruvate, and succinate) and nitrate was used in a 3-tube MPN procedure to enumerate DAP-NRB. These bacteria were detected in 12 of 18 oil field water samples, but they were seldom detected in wellhead samples. Three oil field water samples were amended with nitrate in serum bottles and the numbers of different NRB were determined over a 38-day incubation time. This amendment stimulated increases in the numbers of heterotrophic NRB and autotrophic nitrate-reducing, sulfide-oxidizing bacteria, but DAP-NRB remained a minor portion of these communities. Overall, DAP-NRB were present in many of the oil field waters that were examined but their numbers were low. It appears that DAP-NRB would play a minor role in the consumption of nitrate injected into oil field waters for the control of hydrogen sulfide production.Key words: heterotroph, nitrate-reducing bacteria, dissimilatory nitrate reduction, ammonium, petroleum.

The Cuu Long basin is equiped with infrastructures and processing facilities serving for large-scale crude oil drilling and production operations. However, most of resevoirs in this area are now depleted, it means that they have reached their peaks and started to undergo decreasing productivity, which lead to a noticable excess capicity of equipment. In order to benefit from those declined oil fieds and maximize performance of platforms, solutions to connect marginal fields have been suggested and employed. Of which, connecting Ca Ngu Vang wellhead platform to the CPP -3 at Bach Ho oil field; platforms RC-04 and RC-DM at Nam Rong - Doi Moi oil filed to RC-1 platform at Rong oil field; wellhead platforms at Hai Su Den and Hai Su Trang oil fields to H4-TGT platform at Te Giac Trang oil field are typical examples of success. Optimistic achivements gained recently urges us to carry out this work with the aim to improve oil production of small reserves and to make best use of existing petroleum technology and equipment at the basin. Results of the research contribute an important part in the commence of producing small-scale oil deposits economically.
