One of the main threats to ecological safety is the increased emissions of greenhouse gases. Promoting the purchase of electric vehicles and increasing their share among all cars in a given country can be considered as activities reducing the emissions of CO2 into the atmosphere. Based on Environmental Performance Index, in 2021, Poland is in 37th place among the most climate-friendly countries in the world, and 30th among similar countries in Europe. The aim of the article was to model the prices of electric vehicles as one of the elements of promoting climate security in Poland. For the purposes of the study, an analysis of data from electric vehicle sales advertisements on one of the Polish automotive services was carried out. Moreover, on this basis, the most important factors influencing the price of the vehicle were analyzed. For this purpose, forecasting models were built based on neural networks and selected models of decision trees based on the CART algorithm, boosted trees, and random forest. We assessed the developed models and compared their prognostic abilities.

The article presents the results of studying the influence of copper-contaminated soil (typical medium-loamy chernozem) on the ecological safety of grain and the yield of spring wheat when using high-silicate rock - diatomite as a detoxifier. It was found that when diatomite was introduced into soil contaminated with up to 4 MPC Cu at a dose of 5 t/ha, it completely blocked the negative impact of copper on the formation of spring wheat yield. Contamination of the soil with copper up to 10 MPC Cu was accompanied by its accumulation in the grain above the control by 8-35%. The introduction of diatomite into the soil helped to reduce its accumulation in products by 17-50%. Keywords: SOIL CONTAMINATION WITH COPPER, DIATOMITE, ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE PRODUCTS

Abstract The work is devoted to the issues of ecological safety of production in penitentiary institutions in Russia. The production and economic activity of penitentiary institutions is analyzed from the point of view of its impact on the environment. The main sources of environmental pollution by institutions of the penitentiary system are listed and ways of their solution are proposed. The state and experience of solving problems of environmental safety in different territorial bodies are shown. The question is raised about the work of environmental structures in the activities of the penal system facilities. The authors analyze the powers of the structures under consideration and the problems arising in the implementation of their duties. The main problematic aspects of environmental safety are highlighted, including the absence in penitentiary institutions of Russia in the required means of measuring and monitoring the technical condition of environmental structures and equipment in penal institutions; ineffective operation of the existing treatment facilities due to their deterioration or congestion; presence at the enterprises of the penal system of hazardous waste, including highly toxic; insufficiently productive work on the development of environmental design documentation and obtaining permits for emissions of pollutants into the air, for discharges of untreated wastewater into water bodies, for licensing of hazardous waste management activities. As a result - a large number of sanctions for violation of environmental legislation. As measures to ensure environmental safety in the Russian penitentiary system, the authors, among other things, propose: the development and adoption of an order of the Ministry of Justice regulating environmental safety in the penal system; ensuring the attraction of investments for the timely implementation of environmental protection measures; establishment and organization of sanitary protection zones.

All source information for the tasks of effective management of water resources is based on the results of observations and measurements, ie on the results of monitoring. Despite the apparent advantages of assessing surface water quality using comprehensive indicators, the creation of about 30 of the most well-known comprehensive indicators of water quality since the first attempts in this field of hydrochemistry and to date, the only comprehensive indicator that combines assessment of natural masses of different water bodies objects does not exist. It is proposed to monitor one or two indicators in certain sections of the river, which characterize the ecological state comprehensively, and in case of emergencies and non-stationary situations – to conduct a complete chemical analysis of water. For this purpose it is most expedient to use oxygen indicators - dissolved oxygen and biochemical oxygen consumption.

Abstract The issues of ensuring the ecological safety of the region`s population are actualized in the context of the growth increasing in the natural resources, accompanied by the increase in anthropogenic pressures on the environment and humans, aggravation of environmental problems, deterioration of the life quality and environmental conditions of activity in the region. The aim of the study is to develop the theoretical foundations for ensuring the ecological safety of the population of the region on the basis of a logistic-activity approach to its formation in the context of legal regulation of the environmental management process as a factor in achieving sustainable development goals and increasing energy efficiency.Using the methods of economic and mathematical modeling it is substantiated the existence of the relationship between the level of ecological safety of the region’s population and the amount of the funds from the budget allocated to finance environmental programs. Improving the legal regulation of the processes of ensuring the ecological safety of the region’s population for optimizing the budget expenditures for the implementation of environmental programs will create the conditions for realizing the economic potential of the region’s development, increasing the level and quality of life of the population.

Abstract Plastics are materials that, in the composition of various municipal solid waste, enter the environment in large quantities. Lightness and strength, the ability to withstand the effects of external factors, long-term use led to their widespread use. However, some of the additives needed to improve the performance of polymer products are highly toxic and pose a serious environmental problem. In this regard, the development of environmentally friendly PVC plasticizers is technically important. The article describes the preparation and study of the properties of ester additives based on adipic acid and ethoxylated butanol. The mechanism of biodegradation of the synthesized adipates was studied, the resulting metabolites were determined. The ecological safety of the developed plasticizers in the process of utilization in natural conditions is shown.

Abstract The pumped storage power station realizes grid connected power generation through the conversion between the potential energy of surface water and mechanical energy. It has become the strategic resource of UHV power grid with its low valley peak regulation and emergency standby function. The green basic design and design of the pumped storage power station needs systematic research. Based on the collaborative analysis method of production and ecological safety of storage disk, this paper takes Ninghai pumped storage power station as an example to carry out green infrastructure planning and design research. Through the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of construction land based on GIS, from the perspective of adaptability of power station construction to mountain creek pit environment, the function of horizontal layout is constructed in parallel and vertical layout, and a modular and distributed spatial structure of green infrastructure is constructed; Then, based on the continuous recycling of water resources, the monitoring and early warning system of power plant production ecological safety is constructed, which is “one water, two lines and three slopes”. It is hoped that the correlation between the production and the ecological dispatching of the storage tray can be found through the dynamic tracking of multiple factors and quantitative analysis of production cycle, which can provide reliable basis for timely mitigation of damage and formulation of compensation strategies, Scientific control of green infrastructure planning, design and construction.
