The paper acquires the equivalent relation between the velocity of wires and annealing temperature through deduction, based on the measurement of the annealing temperature. A controller characterizing annealing temperature could be inserted before the traditional PI annealing controller, so that annealing temperature could be controlled while the annealing temperature deviation is simulated by the error of the velocity of wires. In the paper, a kind of analog circuit is chosen to achieve the equivalent relation between the velocity of wires and annealing temperature by linear fitting under the condition of preciseness.

An analog fuel control for a gas turbine engine was compared with several state-space derived fuel controls. A single-spool, simple cycle gas turbine engine was modeled using ACSL (high level simulation language based on FORTRAN). The model included an analog fuel control representative of existing commercial fuel controls. The ACSL model was stripped of nonessential states to produce an eight-state linear state-space model of the engine. The A, B, and C matrices, derived from rated operating conditions, were used to obtain feedback control gains by the following methods: (1) state feedback; (2) LQR theory; (3) Bellman method; and (4) polygonal search. An off-load transient followed by an on-load transient was run for each of these fuel controls. The transient curves obtained were used to compare the state-space fuel controls with the analog fuel control. The state-space fuel controls did better than the analog control.

Aiming at the problem of MIG welding and considering the existing analog control wire feed system has the disadvantages of low response speed, low control accuracy and poor stability. This thesis designs a set of digital control wire feed system based on LPC2132 microprocessor and introduces the control principle of wire feed motor, CAN bus interface circuit and PID control algorithm. Under the condition of power grid voltage fluctuation and load change, we do a lot of experiments. The results show that: the wire feed change rate of designed system is very small, which not only meets the requirements of JB/T-1998.MIG/MAG arc welding standard, but also greatly improves the accuracy and stability of control system.
