Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (corporate social resposibility) yang dilihat dari beberapa faktor, yaitu: ukuran dewan direksi, umur perusahaan, dan kepemilikan saham publik pada perusahaan go public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Studi ini juga menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh ukuran dewan direktur, umur perusahaan, dan kepemilikan saham publik  terhadap corporate social responsibility disclosure. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan go publik yang terdaftar di Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) untuk periode 2014-2018. Jumlah perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 perusahaan, dengan periode pengambilan data yang digunakan selama 5 (lima) tahun pengamatan, dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan sampel yang representatif sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh peneliti. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan (annual report) perusahaan dan data laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan (sustainability report). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang menggunakan regresi linier berganda, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) ukuran dewan direksi berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap corporate social responsibility disclosure ; (2) umur perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap corporate social responsibility disclosure; dan (3) kepemilikan saham publik tidak berpengaruh terhadap corporate social resposibility disclosure. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on company profitability in plantation subsector companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2016-2018. This research is a type of quantitative research that using secondary data, namely the annual report of the plantation subsector company 2016-2018. Independent variable that used in this research is CSR Disclosure which is measured using CSRDI and the dependent variable is company profitability which is proxied by the ratio of ROA, ROE, and NPM. The results show that CSR Disclosure have the positive and significant effect on ROA with a significance value of 0.012, ROE of 0.035, and NPM of 0.028. The results of this study indicate that empirically disclosing CSR activities in plantation subsector companies will increase company profitability.  Keywords: CSR Disclosure, NPM, ROA, ROE.

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to see the effect of media exposure, environmental performance, and foreign ownership to corporate social responsibility disclosure. The population in this study are all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) that is as many as 41 companies. The sample in this research use sampling technique purposive sampling counted 36 company. The analysis was done by using multiple regression model.  The results of this study indicate that: (1) Media Exposure effect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. (2) environmental peformance has no effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure. (3) foreign ownership has no effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure

 ABSTRACT  This study is aimed to prove the influence of corporate characteristic on corporate social responsibility disclosure by using independent variables size, age, goverment ownership, foreign ownership, leverage, profitability, industry type, and auditor type. The sample in this study is a non-financial companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 and consisted of 250 companies. The data used in secondary data obtained from financial from the website www.idx.co.id. Methods of data collection used purposive sampling techniques. This study used a quantitative approach.Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPPSS software version 23.  The results showed that Size and Goverment Ownership of the company had effect possitive on corporate social responsibility. Age, Foreign Ownership, Leverage, Profitability, Industry Type, and Auditor Type have no effect on corporate social responsibility. Keywords : Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Corporate Characteristic

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size on corporate social responsibility disclosure and to determine the effect of audit committee size on corporate social responsibility disclosure, and to determine the effect of company size and audit committee size together on corporate social responsibility disclosure in mining companies in the period 2014-2018. Data collection using secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling with puposive sampling method, there are 155 samples. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the size of the company and the size of the audit committee simultaneously had a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, company size had no significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, and the size of the audit committee had a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.

<em>The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of ownership structure, profitability, firm size, and firm age on Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure. Sample consists of 87 manufacturing firms in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. Multiple regression test is used to test hypothesis developed in this study. Result of this study show that firm size has significantly positive influence on CSR disclosure, whereas ultimat ownership has significantly negative influence on Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure. Foreignt ownership, blockholder ownership, profitability, and firm age, on the other hand, do not have significant influence on CSR disclosure</em>

 This study purpose to determine the effect of intellectual capital, corporate social responsibility disclosure on market performance. This research was conducted on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016, namely as many as 43 companies. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. Obtained 23 companies with 69 total observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis prove that companies that are able to process value added well will affect market performance. This study also found that the more items disclosure of CSR disclosure disclosed by the company will improve market performance.
