Under the precondition of keeping the original control circuit’s all control functions and not adding any electrical components, we make necessary improvements to the control circuit aiming at the two problems existing in the lathe main motor control circuit. The improved control circuit is more safe and reliable, the control functions is more perfect.

This paper provides a kind of fault diagnosis method. It introduces the principles of the electrical control of roller Disassembly machine and the phenomenon of sudden power failure in the work. By analyzing a variety of factors that may lead to fault, and taking some appropriate solution, According to calculations, replaced the control transformer as the BK-300 that keep the roller disassembly machine safe and reliable, and avoid the phenomenon of power failure. Point out That the control transformer capacity should meet the required transformer capacity of the control circuit when it has the maximum load; Some control components have been working, when other control components is started, it still remains active.

In this paper, the design and construction of the acousto-optic double control automatic alarm and lighting circuit. Through analyzing the existing solutions, using an infrared tube, electret sensor as well as the main device, by 555 multivibrator principle of design and production. This system sound control circuit, control circuit and the infrared light control circuit, and the door alarm circuit, and has the function of alarm lighting using infrared good concealment, the alarm can be used in day and night, at the same time controlling light lamp has the effect of energy saving.

This paper describes the structural design and construction of the oscillating water column “greenWAVE Energy Converter”, constructed during 2013 and planned to be deployed in shallow water off the South Australian coast in 2014. Rated initially at 1 MW, the greenWAVE unit will be dedicated to electricity production, although an option is available to also produce desalinated seawater. The unit base is constructed from reinforced concrete designed to international maritime codes, and will be founded in approximately 10-15m of water. The upper portion of the device extends above sea level, housing the airwave turbine and electrical control systems.

The manufacture equipment is the key technology in using crop stalks for making biomass fuel which is an effective means of solving the current stalk misconduct processing, improving energy efficiency and preserving the ecological environment. A structure of the molding equipment which is capable of making crop stalks into biomass fuel is designed and orthogonal tested. The hydraulic system and electrical control system of the equipment are also designed. Simulation test of the hydraulic system and programming of the control circuit are implemented. The analyses of the each designed systems of the modeling equipment indicated that the main motor is reasonably chosen, the hydraulic system can meet the design requirements, and the electrical control circuit is capable of being conveniently and efficiently controlled.
