The main problems of the state of the Russian economy, which give rise to serious threats to economic security, are considered. The topic is relevant due to the growing risks and threats to our economy. The purpose of the article is to analyze the nature and methods of state management of conditions affecting the level of economic security in the country. The tasks of the analysis are to identify deficiencies in the management system and ways to eliminate them. The novelty of the article consists in a comprehensive analysis of the main reasons and factors of the growing danger for the intensification of stagnation and the economy lagging behind the advanced countries. The main weaknesses and shortcomings of state management of the process of ensuring economic security are revealed: the growth of bureaucracy, corruption, the preservation of a backward resource-export model of the economy. A number of necessary reforms of the state apparatus and diversification of economies are proposed

The main concept of franchise and retail management system is to make a very user friendly environment for all the retailers and franchisee. The software will provide real-time communication between franchisees or the controlling office over the Internet. This online system will be used both at the controlling office and the franchisee centers. It will cover registration, login and order facility for franchisees etc. and store those details at the head office's centralized database. Its main application is to maintain franchisee details such as business partner details, agreement validity, meetings to be organized etc. and to integrate a number of franchisees irrespective of geographical boundaries to facilitate easy monitoring and reporting to the main office.

The article discusses the issue of managing roads with concrete surfaces. Modern methods of surface features identification applied on the exploited motorway section of a length of 100 km (in conversion to rows of concrete slabs it gives around 600 km) are presented. The general principles of the rigid surface management system are described below in order to enable a comprehensive analysis of the obtained data in terms of the possibility of developing concrete slabs degradation models that form the basis for long-term planning of maintenance works.
