The purpose of this study is to verify the predictive model of early retirees’ responses to work stress and maladjustment to the company by utilizing big data analytics and to extract the reasons for early retirement from the personnel information. Company A’s personnel information of employees working in the company for 10 years was used, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm was used to verify the predictive model of early retirees, and Decision Tree Analysis algorithm was used to extract the causing factors. According to the analysis results, first, the verification of the predictive model of early retirees based on the personnel information data showed 98% accuracy. Second, among the personnel information items, the ranking of items with high relevance for early retirement was the distance between the company and the residence (first place), the recent promotion history (second place), and whether or not to have the license (third place) out of a total of 18 items. The results of the analysis conducted in this study suggest that HRD intervention is required in the provision of problem-solving solutions involved in the HRM field, which is expected to be effective as a basic diagnostic tool for HR diagnosis involving HRD and HRM. In addition, this study may provide a detailed analysis of early retirement due to work stress and maladjustment of young people.

During the last years, big data has become the new emerging trend that increasingly attracting the attention of the R&D community in several fields (e.g., image processing, database engineering, data mining, artificial intelligence). Marine data is part of these fields which accommodates this growth, hence the appearance of marine big data paradigm that monitoring advocates the assessment of human impact on marine data. Nonetheless, supporting acoustic sounds classification is missing in such environment, with taking into account the diversity of such data (i.e., sounds of living undersea species, sounds of human activities, and sounds of environmental effects). To overcome this issue, we propose in this paper an approach that efficiently allowing acoustic diversity classification using machine learning techniques. The aim is to reach an automated support of marine big data analysis. We have conducted a set of experiments, using a real marine dataset, in order to validate our approach and show its effectiveness and efficiency. To do so, three machine learning techniques are employed: (i) classic machine learning models (i.e., k-nearest neighbor and support vector machine), (ii) deep learning based on convolutional neural networks, and (iii) transfer learning based on the reuse of pretrained models.

In recent years, the application of the gradient boosting-back propagation (GB-BP) neural network algorithm in many industries has brought huge benefits, so how to combine the GB-BP neural network algorithm with sports has become a research hotspot. Based on this, this paper studies the application of the GB-BP neural network algorithm in wrestling, designs the sports athletes action recognition and classification model based on the GB-BP neural network algorithm, first analyzes the research status of wrestling action recognition, and then optimizes and improves the shortcomings of action recognition and big data analysis technology. The GB-BP neural network algorithm can realize the accurate recognition and classification of wrestlers’ training actions and carry out big data mining analysis with known action recognition, so as to achieve accurate classification. The experimental results show that the model can play a good role in wrestling and effectively improve the efficiency of wrestlers in training.
