Now, aiming at the equipment maintenance and simulation training system development are based on single model equipment , it leads to a situation that a long development cycle of repair and simulation system and high cost for each type of equipment. Starting from the general mode of equipment’s maintaining and simulation training, research on the general methods of the operation of operation and repair realization of equipment maintaining simulation ,the core technology of equipment maintenance and its simulation training, we need to develop a general development platform for different types of equipment, especially for the complex equipment , to enhance the commonality of equipment maintenance simulation training system , reduce the costs, improve the level of equipment maintenance training and its maintenance support ability.

We always regard aircraft power supply system as the "blood system" of aircraft. It plays a very important role in aircraft work. In view of its fault diagnosis present situation and in order to improve fault diagnosis efficiency, we put forward to use expert system development tool CLIPS to build up fault diagnosis expert system. In this paper, we choose the power-supply system of Cirrus SR20 as diagnosis object, and choose CLIPS as development tool to build up knowledge base and inference engine. By using Eclips development platform to write interface programs and using CLIPS JNI to call CLIPS programs we successfully complete the expert system total performance including knowledge base, inference engine and interface.

In this paper, the application of Scene Simulation technology to walkthrough is introduced in detail, and two key links of system implement with the scene simulation technology are analyzed, which are the construction of three-dimensional model and the implement of the walkthrough drive engine. MultiGen and OpenGVS are selected to be the walkthrough system development platform. The whole system realization from the construction of three-dimensional model to implement of the walkthrough drive engine is discussed particularly.

For the study dynamic characteristics of three-dimensional roll forming machine, this paper develops a dynamic characteristics measurement and analysis system of three-dimensional roll forming machine, which is based on the U.S. NI company software development platform, including the development of hardware and software part .The realization of dimensional roll forming machine dynamics parameters collection and analysis, the experiment proved that the test system can be easily field measurements demand dynamics parameters, to improve the three-dimensional roll forming machine precision and control accuracy to provide an experimental basis.

Voting system is a tool for managing the complete process of the election with the use of technology. It will record the information of the candidates, voters and administrator. Commission on Election is an organization where in-charge in conducting the election process. Also, they are accountable for evaluating the qualifications of the candidates and assigned officers who serve as the electoral board who will proclaim the winner/s. The researcher applied the System Development Life Cycle in designing and developing the automated voting system using the development platform such as MySQL which serves as the database wherein it stores the data of election; Visual Basic 6.0 serves as the programming editor and Local Area Network (LAN), a network connection. The system was tested and implemented during the Student Supreme Council and Student Body Organization election in the year 2012 and 2013 applying the two level of security which is in the form of access code generated by the system and exported data from the registrar office as the basis and filters the qualified voters. During the testing and implementation, most voters from the agriculture found out that the system is less convenient compared to BSIT students who believed that the system is the most suitable method of voting. Regarding security, BS Agriculture students also think that the system is less secured, whereas the BS Fisheries voters emphasized that the system provides the high level of protection. In this manner, voting system addresses the problems encountered every election and designed a friendly-user interface for all kinds of users.
