Combine complex equipment collaborative development in military-civilian integration context not only fulfils actual development requirement, but also beneficial to the national economy. Design procedure as first stage of complex equipment military-civilian collaborative development process, select suitable design supplier is significant to whole development process of complex equipment. In order to select suitable design supplier for complex equipment, two aspects done in this paper. One is comprehensive analysis of evaluated influencing factors that affect complex equipment military-civilian collaborative design process, corresponding evaluation indicator constructed and a combination of grey correlation, entropy, DEMATEL (Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) and VIKOR analysis theory to obtain grey entropy-DEMATEL-VIKOR, then the combined method is utilized to acquire matching attributes for followed research content. Meanwhile, satisfaction degree for matching side obtained with the help of information aggregation based on power generalized Heronian mean which on the basis of fuzzy preference information. Then, through constructed matching model, suitable design supplier obtained. Finally, a corresponding illustrative example given.

With the advancement of digital manufacturing technology, data-driven quality management is getting more and more attention, and it is developing rapidly under the impetus of technology and management. Quality data are growing exponentially with the help of increasingly interconnected devices and IoT (Internet of Things technologies). Aiming at the problems of insufficient quality data acquisition and poor data quality of complex equipment, the research on quality data integration and cleaning based on digital total quality management is carried out. The data integration architecture of complex equipment quality based on multiterminal collaboration is constructed. The architecture integrates a variety of integration methods and standards, such as XML, OPC-UA, and QIF protocol. Then, to unify the data view, a cleaning method of complex equipment quality data based on the combination of edit distance and longest common subsequence similarity calculation is proposed, and its effectiveness is verified. It provides the basis for the design of the digital total quality management system of complex equipment.

To achieve sustainability, superfluous and negative economic activities must be made productive and positive. From the point of view of Anthropoecology, the army belongs to the superfluous economically active population and the purpose is to make it more sustainable; as well as the common criminals who can be classified in the negative workforce, directing them to a positive activity. Vast majority of soldiers receive training to operate their weapons, maintain great discipline and physical condition. The complex equipment that is currently used (2021 AD.), It is a minority who receive high-level technical instructions for normal army operations, perhaps that training allows them to work in any company or carry out some productive activity for themselves. There is the option of training privates that would like it, in a productive occupation of their choice, before finishing their service in the army, so they don’t leave empty-handed and not just like another retiree.
