The objective of this research is to analyze the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and job performance for white-collar employees in an energy sector in İstanbul. The survey was distributed to 964 employees, while 700 valid questionnaires were included within the scope of the analysis. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was carried out to determine factor distribution, while confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and reliability analysis were carried out to detect scale validities and reliabilities. Relations between scale variables were examined by a correlation analysis. Structural equation model (SEM) was constructed based on research hypotheses while the effect of POS on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on job performance and the mediating role of job satisfaction on this relation were tested through this model. All hypotheses are supported in this study.

The article aims at investigating the mediating role of employee motivation between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. To fulfill the objective of the research data was collected from pharmaceutical sector of Lahore, Pakistan through questionnaire. Cronbach alpha was used to measure the reliability of the questionnaire by using SPSS-20. Regression analysis and soble test was used to measure the mediation between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. The results indicate employees' motivation fully mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. This study is helpful for the concerned authorities for future policy making in order to motivate and satisfy the employees. Furthermore, perceived organizational support is the major factor to be focused by the organizations to motivate or increase the level of satisfaction of the employees.

Objective - The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction. Methodology/Technique - The population in this study is 150 employees from a State-Owned Bank. The sampling method uses census techniques so that the number of samples used is 150 employees. The research data was collected using a questionnaire, which is then analyzed using a path analysis technique (SPSS software) to examine the relationships among the constructs, which are: compensation, work environment, job satisfaction and performance. Findings –The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant relationship between job satisfaction, and the work environment has a significant relationship on job satisfaction. The results also prove that compensation has no relationship on performance, work environment has a significant relationship on performance, and job satisfaction has a significant relationship on performance. The results of this study also indicate that as an indirect effect, compensation has a significant relationship on performance through job satisfaction and the work environment has a significant relationship on performance through job satisfaction. Novelty - Previous studies have been carried out in many western countries, raising doubts about generalizations in the same research results in developing countries such as Indonesia. Therefore, the novelty in this study is carried out in the context of developing countries, especially in State-Owned Banks in West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Type of Paper: Empirical. The study of prosocial organizational behaviors has been receiving increasing attention, due to their relevant contribution to sustainable organizational and personal development. This research proposes and tests a model that tackles the factors that drive two unrewarding extra-role behaviors of individual or organizational citizenship, altruism, and civic virtue, and assesses multiple mediation relationships. The sample data are derived from a questionnaire survey of 1350 Spanish workers and were analyzed using partial least squares structural equations modelling. Research findings reflect the mediating role of knowledge sharing behavior in the relationship between affective commitment and altruism. Moreover, a significant relationship was found between affective commitment and civic virtue, which is stronger under the mediating role of knowledge sharing behavior. Finally, affective commitment plays a mediating role in the relationship between perceived organizational support and knowledge sharing behavior. Implications for sustainable human resource management, practical interventions, and future research recommendations are provided.
