This research aims to determine the determinants that affect the partnership between dairy farmers and KSU Karya Nugraha. This research was carried out in Cigugur District, Kuningan Regency, West Java, which was determined purposively, the largest milk-producing cooperative in Kuningan Regency. Data collection was carried out from January to September 2020. The study used the dependent variable of partnership, and independent variables are communication, cooperation, trust, and commitment. The survey was conducted to collect information using questionnaires with the number of respondents 42 people selected at random. Data is processed by the SEM-PLS method. The results showed only one insignificant determinant of the partnership was cooperation. Communication, trust, and commitment have a significant effect on alliances. Research has also found that communication and responsibility have a significant influence on collaboration and trust

PurposeThe current study aimed to investigate how perceived human capital sustainability leadership (HCSL) affects work outcomes (i.e. work engagement and job satisfaction), specifically through the mediating role of knowledge sharing behaviour in the hospitality industry. Building on social exchange theory and conservation of resources theory, the authors propose that knowledge sharing behaviour is an attempt to share and expand an individual's resources, which in return motivates employees during work. Furthermore, through the mediating effect of knowledge sharing behaviour, the authors attempt to provide empirical evidence for organisational actions and employees’ reciprocating actions, therefore, triggering positive contribution.Design/methodology/approachThe authors methodologically employed structure equation modelling for the analysis which includes reflective–formative higher-order construct (HOC) (i.e. HCSL). The authors tested the hypotheses with partial least square structure equation modelling (PLS-SEM) from a sample of 382 hotel employees who were selected through purposive sampling.FindingsThis study’s findings suggest that the employee engagement and job satisfaction regresses on HCSL and knowledge sharing behaviour. The study’s analysis also suggests that the relationships between the HCSL and work outcomes are mediated by knowledge sharing behaviour.Originality/valueThis study contributes to the sustainability leadership literature by looking into the integrated model of sustainable leadership from its four dimensions (i.e. sustainability leadership, ethical leadership, mindful leadership and servant leadership) and its consequences for work outcomes. Furthermore, the authors examined how knowledge sharing behaviour, being an underlining mechanism, affects these relationships, thus having implications for academia and practitioners.

AbstractChanges to regulations for publications are one of the policies towards world-class universities. This study discusses the variables that are able to influence the commitment to change students, with the aim that students committed to changes. In more detail, this journal discusses the relationship of psychological contracts to a commitment to change with academic resilience as mediation. The research method in this study is a quantitative method. The questionnaire was distributed using random sampling techniques and answers from 100 participants obtained implemented using SEM (Structure Equation Modelling) with the Smart PLS 3. The conclusion is: (1) psychological contracts have a positive and significant effect on commitment to change, (2) psychological contracts that are positive and significant to academic resilience, (3) academic resilience positive and significant to commitment to change, (4) academic resilience mediates the relationship between psychological contracts and commitment to change. That means, to increase student commitment to changes in regulations, stakeholders in higher education, can make a stronger psychological contract and assist students in increasing their academic resilience. Keywords: Psychological Contract, Academic Resilience, Commitment to Change, High Education AbstrakPerubahan peraturan terkait publikasi merupakan salah satu kebijakan perguruan tinggi menuju world class university. Kata Kunci: Kontrak psikologis, resiliensi akademik, commitment to change, perguruan tinggi.

Background. We illustrated an example of structure equation modelling (SEM) in the research on SHS to explore the diagnosis of the Sub optimal health status (SHS) and provide evidence for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) patterns in SHS. And the diagnosis of 4 TCM patterns in SHS was evaluated in this analysis.Methods. This study assessed data on 2807 adults (aged 18 to 49) with SHS from 6 clinical centres. SEM was used to analyze the patterns of SHS in TCM. Parameters in the introduced model were estimated by the maximum likelihood method.Results. The discussed model fits the SHS data well with CFI = 0.851 and RMSEA = 0.075. The direct effect of Qi deficiency pattern on dampness pattern had the highest magnitude (value of estimate is 0.822). With regard to the construct of “Qi deficiency pattern”, “fire pattern”, “stagnation pattern” and “dampness pattern”, the indicators with the highest load were myasthenia of limbs, vexation, deprementia, and dizziness, respectively. It had been shown that estimate factor should indicate the important degree of different symptoms in pattern.Conclusions. The weights of symptoms in the respective pattern can be statistical significant and theoretical meaningful for the 4 TCM patterns identification in SHS research. The study contributed to a theoretical framework, which has implications for the diagnosis points of SHS.
