This research aims to determine the determinants that affect the partnership between dairy farmers and KSU Karya Nugraha. This research was carried out in Cigugur District, Kuningan Regency, West Java, which was determined purposively, the largest milk-producing cooperative in Kuningan Regency. Data collection was carried out from January to September 2020. The study used the dependent variable of partnership, and independent variables are communication, cooperation, trust, and commitment. The survey was conducted to collect information using questionnaires with the number of respondents 42 people selected at random. Data is processed by the SEM-PLS method. The results showed only one insignificant determinant of the partnership was cooperation. Communication, trust, and commitment have a significant effect on alliances. Research has also found that communication and responsibility have a significant influence on collaboration and trust

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.

The objectives to be achieved in this research are to 1). Knowing the effect of working capital on labor absorption 2). Knowing the effect of wages on labor absorption 3). Knowing the effect of technology on labor absorption 4). Knowing the effect of working capital, wage value and technology simultaneously on the absorption of labor in the agel fiber handicraft industry in Salamrejo Village, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo. This type of research is Expost Facto research. This research is causal associative because it looks for the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were all agel fiber handicraft entrepreneurs in the village of Salamrejo, which according to the head of the development division in the village of Salamrejo were 30 entrepreneurs. The data collection methods used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between working capital on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between the value of wages on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between technology on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between working capital, wages and technology simultaneously on labor absorption in Salamrejo Village in December 2019.

This study aims to explains the development of life expectancy (AHH) in West Java Regency / City. Variable of life expectancy in this study is influenced by income (GRDP), access to clean water, mean of years schooling and poverty. The scope of the study was separated into two regional classifications in West Java that were in a condition of life expectancy under the age of 71 and 72 years. The research method used is the panel data method and The Generalized Least Square (GLS) model. The results of this study explain the variable income (GRDP), access to clean water and mean of years schooling have a positive and significant effect on AHH under the age of 71 years. Meanwhile, the independent variables that have a positive and significant influence on life expectancy below 72 years are income (GRDP) and poverty. Income variable (GRDP) becomes an independent variable that affects AHH at age 71 and 72 years.

This research aims to determine the influence of Think Talk Write (TTW) strategy to understand of mathematical concept students class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. The method used in this research is pure experiment. The population is the entire class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau academic year 2016/2017 which amounts to 444 students, as the sample is class VIII.9 as experimental class and class VIII.7 as a control class taken at random. Data collection is done by test technique. Collected data was analyzed using t-test at significant level α = 0,05, obtained tcount > ttable that is 3,48 > 1.67, so it can be concluded that there is significant influence of Think Talk Write (TTW) strategy to understanding of mathematical concepts student class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. The average score of students' understanding of mathematical concepts in the final test of the experimental class is 25.23 and the control class is 17.44. Keywords: Think Talk Write strategy (TTW), Understanding of Mathematical Concepts.

Research on consumer purchasing decisions is often done. In this study aims to partially and simultaneously determine the level of income and lifestyle variables on purchasing decisions. The population in this study all employees of UD.Dewi Sri Elektronik Lamongan numbered 50 people from the population taken 50 employees. Data collection techniques are done by giving questions to respondents using a questionnaire with a Likert scale because the answers of the instruments have different gradations. The analytical method used to analyze the effect of income and lifestyle variables on purchasing decisions is to use multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 20 statistical program. And test the hypothesis based on the p value> 0.05 then the alternative hypothesis is rejected and vice versa. From the research results, it is obtained that partially the level of lifestyle influences productivity on purchasing decisions, simultaneously the F test has a significant influence of independent variables with the dependent variable, so it can be concluded that lifestyle variables have a more dominant influence than income. Lifestyle is an activity such as the thing is people work, and a person's lifestyle will also affect the choice of an item that will be purchased, so that consumers will make a purchase decision on the goods needed by consumers UD.Dewi Sri Elektronik Lamongan

PurposeThe current study aimed to investigate how perceived human capital sustainability leadership (HCSL) affects work outcomes (i.e. work engagement and job satisfaction), specifically through the mediating role of knowledge sharing behaviour in the hospitality industry. Building on social exchange theory and conservation of resources theory, the authors propose that knowledge sharing behaviour is an attempt to share and expand an individual's resources, which in return motivates employees during work. Furthermore, through the mediating effect of knowledge sharing behaviour, the authors attempt to provide empirical evidence for organisational actions and employees’ reciprocating actions, therefore, triggering positive contribution.Design/methodology/approachThe authors methodologically employed structure equation modelling for the analysis which includes reflective–formative higher-order construct (HOC) (i.e. HCSL). The authors tested the hypotheses with partial least square structure equation modelling (PLS-SEM) from a sample of 382 hotel employees who were selected through purposive sampling.FindingsThis study’s findings suggest that the employee engagement and job satisfaction regresses on HCSL and knowledge sharing behaviour. The study’s analysis also suggests that the relationships between the HCSL and work outcomes are mediated by knowledge sharing behaviour.Originality/valueThis study contributes to the sustainability leadership literature by looking into the integrated model of sustainable leadership from its four dimensions (i.e. sustainability leadership, ethical leadership, mindful leadership and servant leadership) and its consequences for work outcomes. Furthermore, the authors examined how knowledge sharing behaviour, being an underlining mechanism, affects these relationships, thus having implications for academia and practitioners.
