Abstract: Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) is one of the government's programs to accelerate poverty reduction as stated in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) number 166 of 2014. Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) functions as a marker for underprivileged people and also as an identity card to get the Prosperous Family Savings Program. However, sometimes KKS assistance is not on target. This is because the assessment of prospective recipients of KKS assistance is subjective and the selection process is quite slow. This research was conducted with the aim of designing a web-based decision support information system using the TOPSIS (Technique For Order Of Preference by Similarity To Ideal) method in the process of selecting prospective recipients of KKS assistance. The result of this research is an information system that can produce a sequence of KKS aid recipients as a consideration in determining the recipients of KKS assistance. With this information system, data processing can be done quickly, accurately and the process of assessing potential recipients of KKS assistance becomes more objective.Keywords: Topsis Method, Decision Support System, KKSAbstrak: Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) merupakan salah satu program pemerintah dalam percepatan penanggulangan kemiskinan yang tercantum dalam Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) nomor 166 tahun 2014. Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) berfungsi sebagai penanda masyarakat kurang mampu dan juga sebagai kartu identitas untuk mendapatkan Program Simpan Keluarga Sejahtera. Namun terkadang bantuan KKS kurang tepat sasaran. Hal ini disebabkan karena penilaian calon penerima bantuan Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) bersifat subjektif serta proses penyeleksian berjalan cukup lambat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pendukung keputusan berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique For Order Of Preference by Similarity To Ideal) pada proses penyeleksian calon penerima bantuan KKS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat menghasilkan urutan calon penerima bantuan KKS sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam menentukan penerima bantuan KKS. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, pengolahan data dapat dilakukan secara cepat, tepat dan proses penilaian calon penerima bantuan KKS menjadi lebih objektif.Kata kunci: Metode Topsis, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, KKS

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> The accelerated developments in information technology in recent years, increased the amount of usage of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) in disaster management considerably and the access from mobile and web-based platforms to continuous, accurate and sufficient data needed for decision-making became easier accordingly.<br> The Disaster Management and Decision Support System (AYDES) has been developed with the purpose of managing the disaster and emergency management processes effectively and creating a management model based on an IT infrastructure and a decision support system required for both pre-disaster risk reduction &amp; preparation and post-disaster respond &amp; recovery stages. The system is a holistic platform integrated with many internal and external systems and services, including desktop, mobile and web-based applications that utilize GIS and RS technologies. AYDES has been prepared especially according to the content of the National Disaster Response Plan of Turkey and designed to be easily used by the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), collaborative Ministries, private institutions and provincial organizations. AYDES is an integrated framework enabling the execution of processes effectively. AYDES already has approximately 6,200 active users from the central and provincial organizations of AFAD and other public institutions and organizations.<br> AYDES consists of three core components with their sub components, namely "Incident Command System", "Spatial Information System" and "Recovery Information System". Mobile software tools that can deliver real-time information to the web-based core components of AYDES that consists of applications used for mapping during both post-disaster damage detection and pre-disaster risk reduction. Additionally, in case of a need to disaster event inventories, potentially vulnerable assets, hazard &amp;ndash; risk data, affected areas of probable or actual disasters, damage detection results and such data and analyses, two software tools have been developed, namely AYDES-RS, a desktop image processing and analysis software and AYDES-CS, a web-based crowdsourcing software tool whereas two of them enable to allow the use of imagery acquired by remote (space/aerial) technologies for various analyses before and after a disaster. AYDES is a software, data and analysis platform that provide accurate and current disaster and emergency data, reports, statistics, job inspections, queries, analyses etc. at every stages before and after the disaster.</p>

<p>Toko <em>online</em> KPRI UNS Surakarta merupakan sebuah informasi berbasis web yang di gunakan untuk menjual barang-barang di toko KPRI UNS Surakarta. Sulitnya dalam penjualan barang dikarenakan tidak terdapat penawaran barang sesuai dengan kriteria. Sehingga dibutuhkan penawaran sesuai dengan kriteria anggota dengan metode AHP-TOPSIS.</p><p>Metode penelitian yang dilakukan untuk merancang dan membuat sistem informasi Toko <em>Online </em>KPRI UNS Surakrata ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian <em>waterfall</em><em> </em>yaitu dengan pengumpulan data, melakukan analisa sistem (menentukan kebutuhan fungsional dan non fungsional), melakukan perancangan (ERD, <em>use case diagram, use case text, sequence diagram, </em>dan<em> class diagram</em>), dan implementasi (<em>coding </em>dan<em> testing</em>).</p><p>Hasil penelitian adalah sistem informasi toko <em>online </em>KPRI UNS Surakarta ini mampu untuk mengelola data dan kemudian menentukan penawaran yang ditentukan oleh sistem pembantu keputusan dengan metode AHP-Topsis.</p><p>____________________________________________________________</p><p><em>Online store KPRI UNS Surakarta is a web-based information that is used to sell goods at the shop KPRI UNS Surakarta. Information system online shop </em><em></em></p><p><em>The results of this study are the KPRI UNS Surakarta online shop information system capable of managing data and then determining the bids determined by the decision support system using the AHP-Topsis method.</em></p>

Abstrak Persaingan merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi terutama dalam dunia bisnis, tidak terkecuali yang telah dialami oleh Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo bukanlah satu-satunya supermarket di kota Jombang, sehingga Bravo harus bersaing dengan para kompetitornya agar Bravo bisa bersaing dan tetap produktif. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan reward kepada para pelanggan terbaik. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatlah sebuah perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo. Dalam perancangan sistem yang dibuat nantinya berbasis web dengan metode SAW(Simple Additive Weighting)sebagai proses perhitungan pemilihan pelanggan terbaik. Hasil dari perancangan sistem pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo Supermarket Jombang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak manajemen Bravo dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik yang akan menerima reward dan akhirnya akan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan profit Bravo. Kata kunci: Bravo, sistem pendukung keputusan, pelanggan, SAW. Abstract Competition is a common thing, especially in the business world, is no exception has been experienced by Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo is not the only supermarket in the town of Jombang, so that Bravo had to compete with its competitors in order Bravo to compete and remain productive. One way that can be used to increase sales and customer loyalty is to give rewards to the best customers. Therefore, it needs to be made to a design decision support system in the selection of the best customers on Bravo. In designing the system made later on a web-based method of SAW (Simple Additive weighting) as the process of calculating the best customer selection. The results of the election system design best customers at Bravo Supermarket Jombang expected to assist management in selecting the best customer Bravo who will receive rewards and will eventually be able to increase customer loyalty and profit Bravo.
