The generation and design of the service architecture of an information system is complex. It depends more on the vision of the service than on the vision of the service inside an information system. An information system is indeed a system of services that can contain thousands of services. The lack of consideration of constraints imposed by the information system makes it difficult to reuse these services. Another strong constraint is that an information system service must support a business service. The proposed approach allows information system services to be generated in accordance with the business services specification and their logical architecture to be automatically designed by respecting a logical architecture pattern of the system-of-services. An information system services generation algorithm allows being consistent with the logical architecture pattern during this generation. The definition of coherence and coupling properties makes it possible to evaluate the relevancy of the system-of-services. A use case shows the value of these properties in making the logical architecture of the service system more relevant to business services.

An IT service design process is considered to be a fundamental piece of the seven key international IT Service Management (ITSM) processes frameworks (ITIL v2, ITIL v3 (and ITIL v2011), ISO 20000-4, CobIT 4.0, CMMI-SVC, MOF 4.0, and ITUP). Nevertheless the availability of IT service design processes, few –if any- descriptive-comparative studies among them have been reported. Thus, in this paper (Part I), we address this knowledge gap. An extensive descriptive-comparative review of seven IT service design processes in aforementioned frameworks is reported. Fundamental concepts (viz., design as noun, design as verb, service, service system, IT service, IT service system, and IT service architecture design) are analyzed by using a Systems Approach. Our findings indicate that the frameworks ITIL v2, ISO/IEC 20000 and Cobit 4.0 are using weak systemic concepts, while the frameworks ITIL v3, CMMI-SVC, ITUP and MOF 4.0 are more foundationally congruent with the new service systems view. Implications for ITSM theory and practice are discussed.

With the development of network, location-based service architecture is gradually applied to the learning support service system. The purpose of this study is to develop an online learning support system using allocation information service architecture. In this study, the 2019 year of this study was selected as a research material through an online learning support service system within six months. The system architecture of this study is the Browser/Server architecture. Based on this, we analyze the learning result data using the weight setting of the feature attribute and the learning evaluation algorithm. The results show that the improved algorithm based on location-based service architecture can get the best algorithm accuracy when the weight of the whole algorithm is about α = 0.4. For the degree of demand for learning guidance, 16.2% thought it was absolutely necessary and 50.7% thought it was more necessary. And 70.6% of the learners thought that the learning system was not very accurate or generally accurate. It is concluded that the learning support service system of this study has a certain role. It provides a new path to improve the quality of online education learning support service and promotes the development of online education.

The establishment of communities is for the better operation and management of cities, and community safety has gradually become a topic of increasing concern. It is not only an important part of the community public safety system, but also the foundation of social and economic development. With the improvement of the overall economic level of society, wireless network coverage has been greatly improved, smart devices have also been rapidly developed and popularized, and location-based information service systems have gradually entered the field of community public safety. At present, my country still lacks experience in community safety management. At the same time, there is no complete set of standards and evaluation system for the public safety evaluation system of urban communities. However, community public safety involves people’s livelihood issues and the stability and development of the city. Therefore, it is urgent to build a community public safety evaluation system based on the location information service architecture. Based on the safety community research and location service system, this paper uses the combination of theory and practice, quantitative and qualitative methods, and tentatively explored and constructed a community public safety evaluation system based on the location information service architecture. This article integrates location information service technology into the community public safety evaluation system, selects three indicator factors, investigates a more comprehensive evaluation subject, and combines the evaluation subject’s qualitative evaluation of community public safety with quantitative evaluation through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This paper conducts an empirical analysis of a certain community and finds that its public safety evaluation score is 62.6232 points, which is in the “general” ranks, and it needs to be combined with the location information service system to improve the community safety issues. This study has guiding significance for ensuring community public safety and has theoretical and practical significance for community construction and development.

Cell phone library is a new service system in digital library. Based on wireless network and multimedia technology, readers of cell phone library can access services and resources conveniently and flexibly without any limitation on time and space. Service pattern of cell phone library mainly has SMS service mode and WAP service mode. This paper discusses the architecture model of cell phone library, which includes information system architecture, technical architecture and service architecture. The architecture model has the characteristics of highly openness, flexibility and scalability etc.
