We have studied and analyzed status and metrological supervision of blood glucose monitors, individual devices for a person’s blood glucose level measurement. It has been indicated that nowadays blood glucose monitors like other individual devices for medical measurement are not allowed to be involved in telemedicine public service. This accounts for absence of metrological supervision with these measurement devices in telemedicine. In addition, the key problem is absence of safe methods and means of remote verificaition, calibration and transmission of measurement data to health care centers. The article offers a remote test method for blood glucose monitors using a number of resistors with values correlating with measured blood glucose level. The available method has been successfully trialed in real practice.

AbstractIn the medical education field, the use of highly sophisticated simulators and extended reality (XR) simulations allow training complex procedures and acquiring new knowledge and attitudes. XR is considered useful for the enhancement of healthcare education; however, several issues need further research. The main aim of this study is to define a comprehensive method to design and optimize every kind of simulator and simulation, integrating all the relevant elements concerning the scenario design and prototype development.A complete framework for the design of any kind of advanced clinical simulation is proposed and it has been applied to realize a mixed reality (MR) prototype for the simulation of the rachicentesis. The purpose of the MR application is to immerse the trainee in a more realistic environment and to put him/her under pressure during the simulation, as in real practice. The application was tested with two different devices: the headset Vox Gear Plus for smartphone and the Microsoft Hololens. Eighteen students of the 6th year of Medicine and Surgery Course were enrolled in the study. Results show the comparison of user experience related to the two different devices and simulation performance using the Hololens.

The textbook deals with the problems of conducting foreign economic activity from the point of view of taxation, accounting, analysis, audit, application of Russian and international legislation regulating this type of activity. All theoretical provisions are analyzed on the example of practical situations that arise in real practice. The presented theoretical material and practical situations are designed to help master the conduct of foreign economic activity. The textbook contains diagrams, tables of typical operations, sample documents, verification tests on each topic, practical tasks and applications of the necessary documents for a more complete development of the discipline. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. For bachelors, undergraduates, postgraduates studying in economic programs and studying foreign economic activity in depth, the textbook will also be useful for teachers of economic faculties of universities and practitioners.

The main aim of the article is to analyze the main stages of work on the project, characterizes the activities of the teacher and student at these stages. The basis of the project activity is the development of students' cognitive skills, the ability to independently design their knowledge and navigate the information space, the development of critical thinking; an idea is laid that constitutes the essence of the concept of "project", its pragmatic focus on the result, which is obtained when solving a particular practically or theoretically significant problem. This result can be seen, comprehended, applied in real practice. To achieve such a result, it is necessary to teach children to think independently, find and solve problems, using knowledge from different areas for this purpose, the ability to predict the results and possible consequences of different solutions, the ability to establish cause-and-effect relationships. To accomplish the goal of the study, several primary stages of work on a project are taken into account, including problematization, goal-setting, planning, implementation, presentation, and reflection. In conclusion, it can be inferred that the application of the project method in the classroom in primary school does not supplant the classroom system but complements, arranges, and extends it.
