ABSTRACT Objectives: to validate a scenario for clinical simulation: prenatal nursing consultation for adolescents. Methods: methodological study developed from January to December 2019, in five stages (overview, scenario, scenario design, progression, debriefing and assessment). The validation involved four volunteer students, a teacher as a facilitator and four judges. The judges filled out a Likert scale with four responses. Data was analyzed using Microsoft Excel® software, version 2016. Absolute and relative frequencies and the content validity index were calculated, considering a minimum acceptable value of 1.0. Results: the preparation of the scenario was based on the proposed learning objectives. The scenario was validated with a global content validity index equal to 1.0. Final Considerations: the study achieved the proposed objective. This scenario can contribute to preparing nurses to work in the care of pregnant teenagers, a representative public in Brazil that requires specific care.

This article is devoted to solving the problem of epistemological and ontological insufficiency of traditional scientific approaches applied to the comprehension of social phenomena presented in their disordered, chaotic multidisciplinary theoretical images (interpretations). A comprehensive and in-depth analysis of disciplinary strategies / programs for comprehending social phenomena that serve as the object of scientific views of a number of scientific fields has shown that they demonstrate a pronounced methodological approach, lack of clarity of which description language describes / is able to fully describe their object of scientific knowledge. The key specificity of the problematization of the article is determined by the fact that the focus is on the process / result of reconstructing / constructing theoretical interpretations of a social phenomenon taken in the coordinates of space and time. It is proposed to correlate the following processes with the process of understanding the theoretical interpretations of the studied social phenomenon: reconstruction (past, present) and scenario construction (present, future). The author's analytical position is determined by the fact that theoretical interpretations of the perceived social phenomenon will always belong exclusively to the past and future of its plans, but not to the present. This implicit, but very important facet, unfortunately, escapes in the dominant and well-established theoretical reflection of social phenomena today. The main purpose of this publication is to overcome the above-mentioned difficulties, relying on the proposed universal concept of comprehension of multidisciplinary social phenomena. The author's approach proposed in the publication, based on the idea of understanding the theoretical interpretations of the social phenomenon under study belonging to the world of the past (reconstruction - for understanding the theorizations of its past events) and the future (scenario construction - for reflection on the theoretical pictures of its future events), is designed to overcome the discovered problem. Summarizing, the paper formulated the principles for determining the optimal way to comprehend social phenomena and the key prohibitions dictated by the author's concept of comprehending social phenomena revealed to the researcher in their multidisciplinary interpretations /theorizations.

Abstract To support the scenario design for the upcoming longpulse high-performance campaign of Wendelstein 7-X, this work presents a study of high-beta full-field 3D equilibria obtained with the HINT code. For three magnetic configurations of different edge-iota, the effects of both overall pressure and pressure profile changes on the magnetic topology are analyzed. Anisotropic diffusion modeling is used to obtain estimates of the conductive heat load distribution both on the divertor and other plasma-facing components in finite-beta magnetic configurations. For the magnetic standard configuration, limitations of the model are outlined by comparing measured and predicted heatloads by performing a linear regression of the main strike-line position against various plasma parameters in both the experimental and the simulated device.

Abstract The blocks of polymer flooding have gradually entered into the stage of chase water flooding after polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield and the comprehensive water cut is close to the exploitation limit of 98%. So it is urgent to develop some new technologies to further enhance oil recovery after polymer flooding. On the basis of laboratory research, a field test of alkali/surfactant/polymer flooding was carried out after polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield in 2015, which achieved good development effect, but the polymer concentration was relatively large. Based on the field test of alkali/surfactant/polymer flooding, a new technology of the lower initial viscosity gel/alkali/surfactant/polymer flooding has further been studied according to the technical route combining plugging, adjusting and displacing, which can reduce the polymer dosage greatly under the premise of ensuring good oil displacing effect. In this paper, some laboratory studies are carried out, which realize significant technology breakthrough. Firstly, the adjusting and plugging agent of lower initial viscosity gel is screened out, which can be injected into the high permeability layers of low flow resistance like the water and migrate to the deep location of the high permeability layers and then gelatinize on spot. Therefore it can plug high permeability layers effectively and does not pollute the middle and low permeability layers at the same time. Secondly, the injection parameters of lower initial viscosity gel/alkali/surfactant/polymer system are optimized. The results of laboratory experiments show that the lower initial viscosity gel/alkali/surfactant/polymer system can enhance oil recovery by 13.5% OOIP under the optimal injection parameters, which is 1.2% OOIP more than that of the alkali/surfactant/polymer flooding and can save polymer dosage by 17.8%. In view of the good results obtained in laboratory experiments, the scenario design of field test is carried out and the incremental oil recovery is 10.1% OOIP predicted by numerical simulation. The field test is expected to start chemical flooding in 2021.

AbstractIn the medical education field, the use of highly sophisticated simulators and extended reality (XR) simulations allow training complex procedures and acquiring new knowledge and attitudes. XR is considered useful for the enhancement of healthcare education; however, several issues need further research. The main aim of this study is to define a comprehensive method to design and optimize every kind of simulator and simulation, integrating all the relevant elements concerning the scenario design and prototype development.A complete framework for the design of any kind of advanced clinical simulation is proposed and it has been applied to realize a mixed reality (MR) prototype for the simulation of the rachicentesis. The purpose of the MR application is to immerse the trainee in a more realistic environment and to put him/her under pressure during the simulation, as in real practice. The application was tested with two different devices: the headset Vox Gear Plus for smartphone and the Microsoft Hololens. Eighteen students of the 6th year of Medicine and Surgery Course were enrolled in the study. Results show the comparison of user experience related to the two different devices and simulation performance using the Hololens.

The increased consumption of poultry in Indonesia, opening up greater business opportunities in the industry. The rapid project construction in the livestock business should be questioned whether the implementation of project has been carried out properly? The evaluation of production requirements, project design scenarios, the cost of project, and the value of every component that have been carried out should be identified by evaluating the requirements, specifications, standard quality, the machines and equipment. In the last 4 years, PT.X has built 4 new breeding farm units, in far different locations, typical layouts, land areas, varied building and installation designs. This resulted in the creation of master plan that was not standardized. By conducting an evaluation related to design optimization on the construction of the 4 PT X breeding farm unit, the better standard design is obtained in terms of cost and value. The research of the method done by analyzing the production needs as a scenario design that produce the parameter design as the reference in making the new standard design. The result of the optimization is an efficient cost with suitable function for the production and also giving some extra benefit by providing more facilities and utilities.
