India is a very vast market for internet services as it has over 480 million active internet users in the country. Music streaming services in India is emerging day by day. The competition in the market is so high that even two giants Jio Music and Saavn join their hand in 2018 to provide a combine service all across the globe. In, 2019 a global giant Spotify entered into music streaming market in India and affected the each music service in India. Gaana owned by Times Internet have over 150 million active monthly users in the country while JioSaavn reported 100 million active monthly users as per a website. This research is going to study the market capture of various music streaming services in India. Currently, as per the research, Spotify is the most popular streaming service. As per the literature available on various platforms other streaming services were holding the major proportion of the Indian market but after the launch of Spotify, it became most loved streaming service. The research is being done to find out the existing music streaming services are affected by the entrance of Spotify or not

Sharing child’s visual materials online for purely personal purposes by parents, family members or close relatives is a widespread practice, especially, where the availability of internet services is provided, which therefore, poses challenges to privacy protection of the child. Children, as one of the most vulnerable members of society, need special attention with regard of protection of fundamental rights, where privacy a crucial one. This article reviews the implications of child’s privacy on social media with the emphasis on sharing minor’s visual materials.

The scientific hypothesis about the influence of the components of the informational environment on the expansion of human development is tested. The trends in the Ukrainian information space on the level of implementation of informational technology in human life are revealed. The sample survey about living conditions of households in Ukraine in general and the oblasts of the Carpathian region, in particular, is conducted. The ways of use of Internet services by households for involvement of the population in various spheres of public activity and their influence on human development of the oblasts of the Carpathian region are analyzed. The analysis showed a significant reduction in the share of households by objectives: education and training (formal education in school and higher education, distance education, including online activities); software download. The search for information related to health issues and interaction with public authorities has great potential for human development. The paper concludes that the population of the Carpathian region is insufficiently involved in the use of Internet services. Based on the analysis of indicators of the Global Competitiveness Index, the problems in the field of expanding human development opportunities in Ukraine are described. There is mainly a downward trend in the development of areas involved in expanding human development opportunities in the transition to the information economy - education, health, labor, science and innovation. Relevant guidelines for the implementation of state social policy in this area are identified. Social policy as a direction of state regulation of the economy requires a transition from mostly passive to active and effective state social policy. It is necessary to update the mechanisms for conducting active social policy at the level of the state, various administrative, public organizations, and enterprises. Social policy must be closely linked with the implementation of internal reforms in the country (education, health, pensions, taxes and wages, etc.). Social policy measures should be coordinated with measures of other types of state policy - migration, the formation and development of the middle class, the policy of investing in human capital.

In all spheres business experts try to raise competitiveness of the company by different ways, for instance at the expense of more efficient redistribution of available resources (costs). Objectives connected with modeling and optimizing resources used in advertising are becoming the most topical. Deeper knowledge in planning and conducting any marketing and advertising campaigns are in demand today among many specialists. The process of searching for and finding optimum costs of advertising in the Internet as a factor of the rise in the company sustainability can be successfully shaped through universal matrix methods of solution (e.g. simplex-method). Objectives which cannot be resolved by this method can be supplemented by such economic indicators, as profitability of investment and return on one ruble. The article summarizes the instrumental base dealing with estimating the efficiency of events connected with customer attraction to such a fast growing industry as internet-services. The author proposes besides traditional ways of expense optimization to take into account economic indicators connected with profitability of each sale channel. The following tools were used in the research: modeling, induction method, investment analysis, methods of statistics and formal logics, multi-criteria optimization, specific software meant for solving similar tasks, in particular special macros for excel table.
