This paper studied some realistic recycle fields at present in China, such as some daily machinery and equipment, electronic products, and plastic products. Under such circumstance, three oligarch retailers are a common situation. In this paper, we model and analyze the game of three oligarch retailers in a closed-loop supply chain. The stability of the Nash equilibrium, the bifurcation and chaos phenomenon of the recycling price and new product quantity when retailers change its adjustment speed, the profit trends of the three retailers, and the power spectrum are studied. At last, we used the parameter adjustment and the variable state feedback control strategy for chaos control, and the chaos of the system is delayed effectively. For closed-loop supply chain research, the conclusions of the numerical simulation in this paper not only have realistic guiding significance, but also have theoretical reference value.

With the technological developments and rapid changes in demand pattern, diverse varieties of electronic products are entering into the market with reduced lifecycle which leads to the environmental problems. The awareness of electronic products take-back and recovery has been increasing in electronic products supply chains. In this paper, we build a system dynamics model for electronic products closed-loop supply chain distribution network with the old-for-new policy and three electronic products recovery ways, namely, electronic products remanufacturing, electronic component reuse and remanufacturing, and electronic raw material recovery. In the simulation study, we investigate the significance of various factors including the old-for-new policy, collection and remanufacturing, their interactions and the type of their impact on bullwhip, and profitability through sensitivity analysis. Our results instruct that the old-for-new policy and three electronic products recovery ways can reduce the bullwhip effect in the retailers and the distributors and increases the profitability in the closed-loop supply chain distribution network.

The rapid growth in end-of-life electronic products in recent years has seriously threatened the environment. While if the renewable resource industry introduced the concept of modern logistics, they will be the best carrier for the activities of reverse logistics. The paper aimed to find out the way for the renewable resource enterprises taking part in the reverse logistics, and how they could cooperate with the Manufacturing Industrial Park, and then form the Regional Eco-Industrial Park. This research took two typical districts of Tianjin Ziya Environmental Protection Industrial Park and Tianjin Economic Technological Development Area for example to discuss the foundation and the management for the renewable resource industry in Tianjin, and built a closed-loop supply chain for end-of-life electronic products recycling.

By studying the process of closed-loop coal mine safety hazard management personally, it has been found that the careless hazard information management mode which is used in a traditional way exists lots of defects on different levels. In order to manage the hazard information rapidly and accurately, a system based on B/S structure mode, which makes fully use of lots of computer technologies such as Microsoft .NET platform, SQL Server 2008, C# and so on, has been designed. It has been acknowledged that the system based on B/S structure mode can make it easy to maintain, meanwhile, has a good compatibility, superior data processing ability and a strong security.

Failure, because of the important role in the product life cycle for improving product design and manufacturing, is becoming important data information and being taken seriously. High-speed trains are complex electromechanical integration systems, and its failure occurred in operation may directly relate to people's life and property safety. FRACAS is a reliability engineering method, which allows the product fault information to follow Discovering, Report, Analysis,Correct andConfirm closed-loop management process, provides data and information to support effectively for improving the reliability of the train. This paper analyzed the fault information management needs of high-speed trains, combines high-speed trains product structure tree and fault model base to generate a high-speed train fault information database, by customizing and developing Relex FRACAS software. Then high-speed trains (CRH3) closed-loop management system is established. High-speed train FRACAS can easily build enterprise information platform for product reliability. Through the establishment of a unified failures database and solutions knowledge base, standardized information transferring and sharing are achieved. The train products faults can be timely reported and corrected. The accumulated data of troubleshooting in the whole process can be used in the failure statistical analysis and reliability prediction, which can effectively avoid major failures and repeated failures.

Information transmission is widespread in business process of the organizations. In order to facilitate access to information transmission, this article divides information transmission into three categories: process, rules as well as tricks and set up the flow chart with various factors of communication and information among organizations. This paper proposes the double closed-loop organization model, a reconstruction method based on information management. Through the study of the effective management of information, the organization of information is enriched and the sharing of information is enhanced. Therefore, the organization has a certain intelligence, which provides theoretical guidance for the organizational reconstruction.
