CAN bus was used as the data transferring channels in the two–level controllers, and the real-time,dexterity,expansibility and security for the Gluing control system based on CAN bus can be improved obviously.The system structure, principle and software design were introduced.The experiment shows that it is a reliable control system and it can meet the requirements of automatic gluing tasks.

The underwater mining vehicle position and azimuth determining system employs the inertial integration to precisely track the mining vehicle, measure and solve numerical values of the mining vehicle’s speed to the true north and its coordinates in real time, and incorporates the odometer to continuously correct the error of the inertial navigation over time, which require the real-time record of the mining vehicle’s position data and graphing them to show. We adopt the VC++ software design to realize the control of the view displaying interface.

In order to solve the application problem of 1553B bus under RTX, we design 1553B bus interface driver software based on RXT, system operating environment are Windows XP and RTX real-time extension module, it can solve the issues of 1553B bus real-time drive under RXT and ensure the real-time and fault-tolerant character of bus interface drive software.

The real-time system is now used on many fields, such as telecommunication, military, information system, evenmedical to get information quickly, on time and accurate. Needless to say, a real-time system will always considerthe performance time. In our application, we define the time target/deadline, so that the system should execute thewhole tasks under predefined deadline. However, if the system failed to finish the tasks, it will lead to fatal failure.In other words, if the system cannot be executed on time, it will affect the subsequent tasks. In this paper, wepropose a real-time system for sending data to find effectiveness and efficiency. Sending data process will beconstructed in MATLAB and sending data process has a time target as when data will send.
