Social Security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) in Langsa is a Public Legal established to organize social security programs for workers. The program is managed by PT. JAMSOSTEK with 4 programs one of which is JHT (Jaminan Hari Tua / Old Age Protection). JHT program is a long-term program that is given periodically at once before participant enter retirment. This research aims to increase the number of claims of  BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants in JHT program with ARIMA model, through the forecast BPJS can increase service with the number of claims from year to year so that the satisfaction level of JHT program participants is guaranteed. Data processing uses MINITAB 18 software with data stationary initial steps, tentavie model identically (p,d,q) model parameter estimation, diagnostic test, and last model used for forecasting. The ARIMA model obtained is ARIMA (4, 1, 2) with a MAPE value of 6.87% which shows excellent forecasting results. The result forecast the number of JHT program claims in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan period August 2019 to December 2019 as may as 444, 403, 419, 336, 404 people, respectively. Based on the results of the forecast, especially that the number of JHT program claims fluctuated, this indicates that BJPS Ketenagakerjaan in Langsa needs to increase the equivalent service for the JHT program.

Refraction static correction and tomographic inversion static correction are commonly used in seismic data processing. It is often believed that the effect of tomographic inversion static correction is better than the effect of refraction static correction. But it is not true. This paper summarized the applicable conditions, advantages and disadvantages of these two methods. In low mountains areas, the effect of tomographic inversion static correction is better than the effect of refraction static correction. However, in loess tableland areas, the effect of refraction static correction is almost the same as the effect of tomographic inversion static correction. It can’t reflect the advantages of tomographic inversion static correction. All of the above is proved from models and sections. So each technique must meet its applicable conditions to reflect its superiorities. Integrated application of static correction methods is effective to solve the complex surface statics problems.

In auto safety components crash test, noise and interference signals is inevitable in the collected physical data, which will seriously affect the accuracy of the data. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages are compared between IIR filters and FIR filters, a Butterworth filter is designed using the impulse response invariant method, and a filtering software is developed to meet the need of data processing for different measurement projects. The results showed that: according to different test data, the filter can achieve CFC filtering of different frequency levels, exclude interference data, preserve useful information, which ensures data accuracy and reliability, provides a convenient for the following data processing.

Abstract: Enormous logistical needs on General Hospital Kartini range to facilitate treatment requires a system that can predict to meet those needs with the right so as not to result in advantages and disadvantages to the amount of usage that is always changing every year. At this time the calculations have been carried out with the help of software that is on a high-speed computer such as Neural Networks. Neural networks are used to predict the projection Backpropogation logistics patients based on the type of drugs Analgesics, antiemetics, vitamins, Antiepileptic, Anesthesia, Anti-Parkinson, Psychotherapeutic, Corticosteroids. This logistical projection data processing using software of Matlab 6.1. After using Backpropogation finally found the best architectural pattern is 8-3-3-1 of 5 aritektur architecture that has been tested. Of the pattern is then predicted projection logistics at General Hospital Kartini range in 2014 will increase to 91 290 from 65 422 in 2013 for an increase of 25 868 (28.33%). Keywords: neural networks, backpropagation algorithm, projection logistics, matlab   Abstrak: Kebutuhan logistik yang sangat besar pada Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran untuk memperlancar pengobatan membutuhkan suatu sistem yang bisa memprediksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut dengan tepat agar tidak mengakibatkan kelebihan dan kekurangan terhadap jumlah pemakaian yang selalu berubah setiap tahunnya. Pada saat ini proses perhitungan telah banyak dilakukan dengan bantuan software-software yang ada pada komputer yang berkecepatan tinggi seperti Jaringan Saraf Tiruan. Jaringan Saraf Tiruan Backpropogation digunakan untuk memprediksi proyeksi logistik pasien berdasarkan jenis obat Analgetik, Antiemetik, Vitamin, Antiepilepsi, Anestesi, Anti Parkinson, Psikofarmaka, Kortikosteroid. Pengolahan data proyeksi logistik ini menggunakan software Matlab 6.1. Setelah menggunakan Backpropogation akhirnya ditemukan pola arsitektur yang terbaik yaitu arsitektur 8-3-3-1  dari 5 arsitektur yang telah diujikan. Dari pola tersebut kemudian diprediksi proyeksi logistik di Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran pada tahun 2014 akan meningkat menjadi 91290 dari tahun 2013 sebesar 65422 atau meningkat sebesar 25868 (28,33%). Kata Kunci:  jaringan saraf tiruan, algoritma backpropagation, proyeksi logistik, matlab

The place and value of pawnshops in the financial market are considered in the article. The main indicators of activity of pawnshops are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of using the pawnshop services by the population are substantiated. The growth rate of pawnshop activity in Ukraine is determined on the basis of the method of estimating the integral indicator. The nature and specifics of the influence of social security indicators on the activity of pawnshops in Ukraine by means of correlation analysis are revealed. In the constructed econometric model, the factors that influence are the social security indicators of the country and the dependent values are indicators of pawnshop activity. The obtained results revealed a significant correlation between the social security indicators of the country and the indicators of pawnshop activity. The detail of the analysis showed the greatest correlation between the pawnshops' performance and the social security indicator – the ratio of the average monthly nominal wage to the subsistence level for one able-bodied person.
