Abstract BackgroundA significant proportion of children and young people with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) do not achieve inactive disease during the first two years following diagnosis. Refinements to clinical care pathways have the potential to improve clinical outcomes but a lack of consistent and contemporaneous clinical data presently precludes standard setting and implementation of meaningful quality improvement programmes. This study was the first to pilot clinical data collection and analysis using the CAPTURE-JIA dataset, and to explore patient and clinician-reported feasibility and acceptability data.MethodsA multiphase mixed-methods approach enabled prospective collection of quantitative data to examine the feasibility and efficacy of dataset collection and of qualitative data informing the context and processes of implementation. An initial paper pilot informed the design of a bespoke electronic data collection system (the Agileware system), with a subsequent electronic pilot informing the final CAPTURE-JIA data collection tool. ResultsPaper collection of patient data was feasible but time-consuming in the clinical setting. Phase 1 paper pilot data (121 patients) identified three themes: problematic data items (14/62 data items received >40% missing data), formatting of data collection forms and a clinician-highlighted need for digital data collection, informing Phase 2 electronic data collection tool development. Patients and families were universally supportive of the collection and analysis of anonymised patient data to inform clinical care. No apparent preference for paper / electronic data collection was reported by families. Phase 3 electronic pilot data (38 patients) appeared complete and the system reported to be easy to use. Analysis of the study dataset and a dummy longitudinal dataset confirmed that all eleven JIA national audit questions can be answered using the electronic system. ConclusionsMulticentre CAPTURE-JIA data collection is feasible and acceptable, with a bespoke data collection system highlighted as the most satisfactory solution. The study is informing ongoing work towards a streamlined and flexible national paediatric data collection system to drive quality improvement in clinical care.

The study aims to reveal the most effective factors on the accessibility statistics of the Electronic Data Delivery System (EDDS) of The Central Bank of The Turkish Republic. Besides, another aim is to reveal the effect of the exchange rate on the access statistics of EDDS exchange rate data. For this purpose, a stepwise regression model was used to find the most effective factors on accessibility statistics. According to the results of stepwise regression analysis, it was revealed that 9 out of 26 variables significantly affected the EDDS access statistics. Engle-Granger cointegration test was chosen as the method to examine the relationship between exchange rate and EDDS access statistics. It has been revealed that there is a long-run equilibrium relationship between the EURO/TRY exchange rate and the access statistics of EDDS exchange rate data.

Objectives: Conduct a literature search for scientific tests concerning treatment combined with well-being in cerebellar ataxias using electronic data sources. Methods: A search was conducted organized by scientific tests worried about the treatment allied to well-being in cerebellar ataxias using the electronic data sources PubMed, Medline, Embase, Cinahl and Pedro, and listings of recommendations of articles, from 1980 to December 2011, including in English and Dutch. Results: Information suggests that physical treatment, when included in occupational treatment, may improve international practical reputation, just as treatment at work alone may decrease signs of anxiety (grade 3). Conclusion: We have found some care for performing physical and work treatment, but other studies are necessary to create medical technique suggestions.

Today's modern global society is facing an unexpected situation where cybercrimes are becoming more and more complicated, severely violating social order and security. The Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) Vietnam 2015 has made important amunpredictable endments and supplements to evidence and evidence institutions, which are important institutions on which procedural bodies base to perform their duties and exercise their powers. Most prominently, the regulation of evidence sources which is electronic data, an entirely new source of evidence, is to respond promptly to crimes using high technology. Within the scope of this article, the author focuses on the new points of the CrPC Vietnam 2015 on the source of evidence that is electronic data in high technology crimes. Further the principles of the evidence act has been explained with amendments in regard to electronic evidence. Finally the safeguards and procedure which needs to be adopted by the Vietnamese judiciary in handling electronic evidences.

Cyber Security is the protection of computer systems and networks from information disclosure, theft of or damage to their hardware, software, or electronic data, as well as from the disruption or misdirection of the services they provide. So basically it is the application of technologies, processes and controls to protect systems, networks, programs, devices and data from cyber attacks. It aims to reduce the risks of cyber attacks and protect against the unauthorized exploitation of systems, networks and technologies. Whenever we think about the cyber security the first thing that comes to our mind is ‘cyber crimes’ which are increasing immensely day by day. Various Governments and companies are taking many measures in order to prevent these cyber crimes. Besides various measures cyber security is still a very big concern to many. This paper mainly focuses on some of the techniques and perspectives on transforming the cyber security. Here we have discussed a new posture for cyber security in a networked world which explains how companies can use organizational structure and governance to enhance cyber security protections.

Abstract Background Clinical trials are constrained in part by cost and limited funding opportunities. Trainee-led collaborative, multi-centre research models have become increasingly popular, enabling clinicians to undertake impactful national and international practice-changing studies with limited funding. However, ensuring equitable and efficient data collection from participating centres requires understanding data accessibility. Here, we reflect upon our strategies in designing and delivering collaborative research (The RICOCHET Study). Specifically, we consider the availability of data sources for UK hospitals, to enable effective design of study case report forms to ensure study success. Methods RICOCHET was a National trainee-led audit of UK hospitals treating patients with pancreatic cancer. All registered hospitals were asked to complete a site-survey at point of registration. The site survey was completed by the lead consultant (surgeon or gastroenterologist) or the lead trainee at each site. The site-survey detailed hospital demographics, including size, availability of services and availability of patient data electronically. The survey was completed online via REDCap. Sites lacking full reporting were excluded from the analyses. Results 98 UK sites registered for RICOCHET, and 94 completed the site-survey (26 specialist pancreatic sites; 68 non-specialist sites). 100% sites had electronic radiology reports. However, electronic ward-round notes were available at only 19% (5/26, 19.2% specialist vs. 13/68, 19.1% non-specialist; p = 0.99). Furthermore, sources such as external letters were low (29%; 11/26 42.3% specialist vs. 16/68, 23.5% non-specialist; p = 0.072). Although electronic interventional radiology reports were broadly available at 79% sites, this was significantly lower at non-specialist sites (49/68 72.1% vs. 25/26 96.2%; p = 0.011). Conclusions Availability of electronic data is not consistent across sites managing pancreatic cancer patients. Significant disparity exists between specialist and non-specialist centres, highlighted by lack of availability of interventional radiology reports. To ensure success in trainee-led cohort studies we recommend designing concise case report forms that can be easily completed from electronic data sources. Until this report, there was no data available for the availability of electronic data across the NHS. This represents the most comprehensive report of such data sources, and will guide future study design of national studies at both specialist and non-specialist pancreatic centres in the UK.
