The article presents a universal method for determining the professional suitability (PS) of a candidate and an algorithm for forming a psychological profile for a specific profession based on determining the psychological potential of personality. The developed method is based on the use of automated support systems. Based on the obtained value of the integral indicator, a decision is made on the PS group of this candidate. This method adapts to the requirements of the profession to candidates, taking into account changes in the conditions of activity by adjusting the typical psychological profile of the personality. The developed method for determining a candidate’s PS has been brought to practical implementation in the form of an Automated Psychodiagnostic Complex (APDC) “Psychodiagnostics.” APDC has been tested on the example of the psychological selection procedures of personnel for military service in units with law enforcement functions. APDС allows to reduce the time and labor costs for conducting psychodiagnostic studies, increases the reliability of tests due to a higher degree of standardization of the testing procedure, increases the accuracy of assessing psychological characteristics, and reduces the likelihood of errors in the processing of test results. APDС can be used for recruiting in various sectors of the economy, education, and military sphere.

The article presents a method for creating a territory erosion hazard integrated map using RUSLE integral model, Earth remote sensing data and GIS technologies. The studies carried out on this topic are presented, the analysis of which has shown a more active use of integral indicators of water-erosion processes in foreign scientific works. Urgency of updating methodology for studying erosion processes has been substantiated. Theoretical foundations of the application of integral models of soil erosion are given, the application of the RUSLE model is substantiated, and the optimal way of using this model is proposed. The research methodology has been developed, consisting of primary processing of remote sensing data, calculation of the factors of erosion development and creation of a territory erosion hazard integrated map. Based on the processing of aerial photography materials, a point cloud, a digital elevation model and an orthomosaic map of the study area were created. The results of the geoinformation analysis of the remote sensing data, which included calculation of the soil erodibility factor and the topographic factor, are presented. Based on the integral indicator of watererosion hazard, a complex map of the erosion hazard of the territory has been created. Main patterns of geographical distribution of the values of the integral indicator of the water-erosion hazard of the territory are revealed, devised methodology is assessed. It was found that the schematic map reflects the general pattern of water erosion processes: they are more active in places where more dissected relief is spread. Influence of the soil factor on the pattern of the schematic map is shown: the pattern in the territories occupied by sod-podzolic loamy soils qualitatively differs from the pattern on the lands where sod-podzolic sandy loam soils are widespread. Patterns on the schematic map of different parts of the developed linear forms of relief, formed by temporary streams, are described. It is shown that the proposed method can be used to assess the water-erosion hazard of the territory. The need to take into account a larger number of factors and to refine the assessment of existing ones is concluded.

The article considers the current aspects of the enterprise economic security, analyzes the features of its assessment and substantiates the expediency of using an integral indicator of the economic security management of the enterprise. Based on the use of factor analysis and the method of chain substitutions, an adaptive assessment system was built, which is highly sensitive to rapid changes in the external environment and the characteristics of the enterprise’s functioning. This approach makes it possible to develop adequate management measures to identify risks, determine the causes of their occurrence and measures to prevent risks or eliminate their negative impact. That is, the result of the implementation of such a methodology should be information that will allow management to make adequate management decisions in a timely manner, develop and implement effective measures to ensure the economic security of the enterprise in counteracting internal and external risks.

The article examines logical aspects of the economic universe through the lens of its key elements – resources, institutions and interconnections between them. It is emphasized that starting from the New Times one of the main issuesof economic science has been the study of logic, the historical tendency of movement of two key factors (resources): capital and labour. At this stage logical preconditions of the analysis of natural, financial, technological resources acquire considerable significance. The logic of capital and labour is investigated in the context of economic heritage of A. Smith, K. Marx, R. Luxemburg, representatives of the Cambridge school, modern authors (T. Piketty). Starting from ХІХ century, the correlation between capital value and labour value in the national income has been considered the main integral indicator reflecting the state and logic of labour. The logic of natural resources is most fully exemplified by the concept of sustainable economic development, which reflects the content and types of interrelations between the society and the natural environment both at present and in future. At the same time access, distribution and use of resources should take place on the basis of the expenditures-income principle and continue for each generation in a logical and fair way. The logic of technological resources is revealed primarily through the lens of industrial revolutions. Logical dimensions of financial resources have been represented in the works of J.S. Mill, J. Schumpeter and Ch. Kindleberger. Ch. Darwin’s theory of evolution is the basis of institutional logic. Traditions, customs, their evolution, influence on an individual’s behaviour and the philosophy of American pragmatism were the foundation of logic of Veblen’s institutionalism. The logic of relations between resources and institutions is based on the works of B. Russell, A. Whitehead and R. Carnap. Interactionof resources and institutions has been researched in the light of using resources by different generations of human communities and was called ‘the logic of the play between generations’.

Abstract The Russian Federation has a significant raw material, scientific, technical, production and consumer potential necessary for the development of the mineral fertilizer industry. The amount of fertilizers used to increase soil fertility is one of the factors that determine the solution to the problem of the country’s economic and food security. The purpose of this article is to develop a methodology for assessing the impact of the chemicalization process on the collection of major agricultural crops in the Russian Federation. To write it, methods such as: correlation and regression analysis, index analysis, calculation of the integral indicator, forecasting are used. The novelty of the conducted research lies in the following sequence of actions. Based on the statistics, we performed an index analysis of seven parameters; calculated an integral indicator that allows us to consider factors with a heterogeneous metric; assessed the impact of the chemicalization process on the collection of major crops. Further (using the Excel program), we developed a forecast for the development of chemicalization processes in agriculture until 2022 according to three scenarios: optimistic, probabilistic and pessimistic. Forecast quality indicators indicate that the optimistic and probabilistic scenarios are more likely to be realized. Thus, based on the obtained forecast data, it can be stated that it is necessary to adjust certain indicators that actively influence the rate of harvesting of the main agricultural crops, which is a mathematical justification for making managerial decisions in the development of strategies and programs for the chemicalization of agriculture in the Russian Federation, in order to develop it further.

Introduction. Mental health is an integral part of health, and its disorders are fraught with social and economic costs for the individual and society. According to WHO, depression is the most common disease and the leading cause of disability globally; it affects 350 million people. The analysis of new data and concepts on these issues is relevant. The aim of the work is to study the problem of stress at work and mental health disorders with an analysis of the concept of allostasis and allostatic load as an integral indicator of stress. A literature search was conducted through September 2020 using the Scopus (https://www.scopus.com/home.uri) and MedLine/PubMed (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PubMed) scientific literature databases. Key search terms included “mental health problems,” “mental health in the workplace,” “working condition,” “anxiety,” “burnout,” and “depression. Full-text articles published in English in journals with DOIs were reviewed. There are considered work-related stressors, also called psychosocial risks. Data on the types and amounts of medico-social damage from mental health disorders in European countries and the United States are presented. The Italian experience in limiting work-related stress is reviewed in detail. There are given examples of legislation to restrict psychosocial risks at work in European countries, as well as patterns of recognition of the connection between mental disorders and work. The biomedical paradigm shift - from homeostasis to allostasis - is analyzed, and allostasis and allostatic load is described as integral indicator of chronic work stress. Despite an abundance of work on anxiety and depression, there is no unity in the literature in understanding the mechanisms and stages of mental health disorders from stress at work. It is not clear what better reflects the effects of chronic work-related stress: allostatic stress or metabolic syndrome. Stress, depression and burnout - what is the relation between them? We can discuss a logical chain: occupational risk factors - fatigue, stress - depression, burnout, health disorder, and occupational deformity. The questions of ICD-11, expected to appear in 2021, and, in particular, burnout syndrome, are outlined. The possibilities of information technologies and the Internet in preventing and treating mental health disorders are considered. Conclusions. The increasing role of stress problems in the life of modern society is noted. The methods of psychosocial risk factors limitation and mental health disorders diagnostics need to be developed. Internet-based programs for the preservation and promotion of mental health (e-MentalHealth) are promising.

Subject. The article addresses factors of the growing cost of flying hour, which is an integral indicator of helicopter efficiency at the stage of its operation. Objectives. The purpose is to develop an econometric model of dependence of cost per flying hour on the main relative aircraft performance characteristics that determine the effectiveness of design and technological solutions for civil and multi-purpose helicopters, to make a decision at the preliminary design stage regarding the efficiency of designed product during the operational phase and the feasibility of R&D. Methods. The study rests on basic provisions of the theory of the firm, the theory of fundamental value of assets, international standards of the aviation equipment operation manual. Results. Based on econometric analysis, the main determinants of cost per flight hour are identified from the set of relative flight characteristics of the helicopter. The paper demonstrates that the number of products in operation, the cost of flight hour, the efficiency and transparency of logistics infrastructure in the provision of maintenance services represent a tool for managing the cost of product life cycle during its operation. Conclusions. The main factors having the greatest impact on the efficiency of after-sales service of products in the aviation industry are fuel efficiency, specific fuel consumption (fuel consumption per unit of power). The cost per flight hour is an integral indicator of the effectiveness of after-sales service and depends on relative flight characteristics of aircraft in operation.
