We report here the complete genome sequence of a Sindbis virus (SINV) strain, ArB7761, isolated in 1977 in the Central African Republic. This strain, closely related to the Babanki virus, belongs to the SINV genotype I clade.

ABSTRACT We report here the complete genome sequence of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) strain CH/GX/2015/750A (750A), which was isolated from a suckling piglet with watery diarrhea in Guangxi, China. The isolate is genetically close to other recent Chinese variant PEDVs and distinct from the classical PEDVs.

The full-length genome sequence of a novel swine acute diarrhea syndrome coronavirus (SADS-CoV), CH/FJWT/2018, was determined, which was genetically most closely related to CN/GDWT/2017, recently discovered in Fujian, China. The indel sites of the spike (S) gene of CH/FJWT/2018 were most similar to those of bat-origin SADS-related coronaviruses.

ABSTRACT We report here the full-length genome sequence of a rhabdovirus strain detected in a pool of 21 Culex pipiens and Culex torrentium mosquitos collected in southern Switzerland. The genome has a length of 11,914 nucleotides and encodes five major putative open reading frames.

ABSTRACT We report here the complete genome sequence of a goose parvovirus (GPV) strain, RC16, which was isolated from an ill goose in 2016 at Rongchang, Chongqing, China. The GPV strain RC16 isolated was passaged and identified, whose full-length genome is 5,046 nucleotides long.

Here, we report the coding-complete genome sequence of African swine fever (ASF) virus strain Liv13/33, isolated from experimentally infected pigs and Ornithodoros moubata ticks. The 11 sequences that we obtained harbored no notable differences to each other, and all of them were closely related to the genome sequence of the Mkuzi 1979 strain of genotype I.

ABSTRACT We obtained the full-length genome of a simian foamy virus (SFV) from an infected human. This virus originated from a baboon (Papio species, strain SFVpxx_hu9406). The genome is 13,113 nucleotides long with the canonical SFV genome structure. Phylogenetically, SFVpxx_hu9406 clustered closely with SFVpan_V909/03F from a captive baboon and other Cercopithecidae SFVs.

We report here the full-length genome sequence of a novel chimpanzee polyomavirus. Viral sequences were recovered from colon, bladder, and ureter tissue from a western common chimpanzee. The virus is genetically closely related to the human BK polyomavirus.

In Thailand, porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) was first identified in November 2015. The virus was isolated from piglets experiencing diarrhea outbreak. Herein, the full-length genome sequence of the Thai PDCoV isolate P23_15_TT_1115 is reported. The results provide a clearer understanding of the molecular characteristics of PDCoV in Thailand.
