According to the management and scheduled inspection of pressure vessels and piping in sulfur recovery unit, it described the evaluation of the failure probability and consequences of pressure vessels and piping by the Risk Based Inspection (RBI). This article focuses on the practical application process of RBI to the Sulfur Recovery Unit. Together with the production crafts and loop medium in pressure vessels and pipes, we could dig out high risk equipment and its’ reasons, therefore, suggest possible precautions. Further precautions will be provided for equipment manufacturers to assure production safety through personal experiential analysis and comparison with the similar product from the aspect of failure mechanism and position. It is aimed to explore the combined method of RBI and personal experiential analysis and it’s practical application.

Traditional ink based on natural pigment and soybean oil has disadvantages of poor temperature adaptive in application process. This project broke the limitations that stocks printing with traditional ink based on natural pigment and soybean oil could not be used for heating. Developing practical temperature-resistance environment-friendly ink based on natural pigment and soybean oil is of great importance. The experiment introduced the silicone material, and made full use of its characteristic. The Si-O bond of silicone can be 121 kcal/mole, and its molecular bond can not be broken down at a high temperature (or exposure to radiation). The property of high temperature resistance mainly depends on its unique functional group or long polymer chain structure. The experiment studied temperature resistance environment-friendly ink's performance in color, in order to improve its practical application value.

NURBS surface modeling technique is an important part of computer aided industrial design(CAID), and surface modeling has much advantage. This thesis bases on the statistics and comparison of current CAID practical application methods and techniques, concludes the common CAID techniques, the thinking methods and application process of surface categorization in surface modeling from the basic theory of NURBS surface modeling; and together with concrete cases, this thesis also proposes an solution for the common hard problems in the process of using NURBS technique to build 3D product models.

Currently, with its reasonability in applicable law basis, the dismissal of Chinese college students cannot be universally put into Labor Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China. However, relevant laws and the effect relationship among them should be clarified. In the practical application process, some problems may arise in the application of these relevant laws. Accordingly, the professor committee should be introduced and enhanced in its role when dismissing teachers and different reasons for dismissal should be considered to make different dismissal decisions.

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the practical application of the fourth stage students at the College of Education at the University of Karbala, to find out the positive and negative aspects in the application process, and the research sample consisted of (100) students, chosen by the random method, and for the purposes of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach and prepared a questionnaire consisting of (10) paragraphs, and the research reached the following results: 1-The application period is not sufficient, and the more appropriate the application period, students can master training skills better 2-The supervisors' visits to the applied students are not sufficient to better evaluate their performance.

Since 1998, many U. S. utilities have embarked upon efforts to renew their nuclear plant operating licenses. One of the key areas of uncertainty relates to fatigue of pressure boundary components. Although the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has determined that fatigue is not a significant contributor to core damage frequency, they believe that the frequency of pipe leakage may increase significantly with operating time. Therefore, as a part of the license renewal process, the NRC has requested that license renewal applicants perform an engineering assessment to determine the effects of reactor water coolant environment on fatigue and, where appropriate, manage this effect during the license renewal period. As the license renewal application process progressed starting in 1998, utilities have committed significant resources to license renewal activities related to fatigue. In response to this, several possible approaches have emerged from a variety of industry efforts that may be taken to address fatigue environmental effects in a license renewal application. This paper summarizes an assessment that was performed under funding by the Materials Reliability Program (MRP) for several of the currently-documented environmental fatigue (Fen) approaches. Practical application of these Fen approaches was performed for typical power plant components. In addition to the results obtained from this assessment, this paper summarizes several issues associated with the practical application of these methods to typical power plant components. For some of these issues, recommended solutions are proposed to satisfactorily apply the methods. For remaining issues, recommendations for further studies are provided that would assist in the development of refined methods and guidance to eliminate the issues.
